This isn't MtG. Hearthstone has 30 card decks, with a limit of 2 cards (1 for legendaries) and the limited space only allows so much removal to fit into a deck. Unless you're playing face Hunter or spam shaman, losing a card can be very detrimental. That's half the amount of whatever it is in your deck- gone. Essentially a removal (for free) that didn't allow your opponents battlecry to take effect. People calling this river croc are just ignorant, did you call arcaneologist and rockpool hunter river croc level too? What about when their effects aren't optimal, they still get played as a well-statted minion. After this card burns your ice block you'll be back on this sub in a month complaini

There will be a Tripp on every team. The enemy team's Tripp will most likely be the highest level character on their team. Your team's Tripp will most likely feed.

As someone suggested, 3 expansions a year would optimally come at 4 month intervals, and it would be very nice to have a balance patch halfway in between. Not that it would ever happen, but within the next week or so is when the inter-expansion balance patch WOULD occur to freshen up the meta, if it existed.

And I don't know how to get back to where I used to have fun just playing. Just doing quests in casuals against same-y aggro decks feels like a chore. Any advice or is it time to just move on from this game?

But I'm wondering why no one is running Archmage Antonidas. Seems to me that if you're running a deck good enough to win without him, why not throw him in as bait for a removal spell? And if he doesn't get answered (because medihv ate the removal spell instead) you win from fireballs. Or does he really just mess up the curve that much?
