I'm so so terrified, but we've already sunk so much money into this trip we've been planning. We're both ftm, I pass all the time but my partner gets clocked occasionally. My passport is updated with my legal name and gender change, he has not gone through that process yet, so his still say his birth information. I'm worried about the possibility of either of us being detained when going through security simply for being trans. What would our options even be if that happened?

We will be flying out of LAX to Thailand in the beginning of April, and will come back mid-April. I'm trying not to blow it out of proportion in my head but I'm really scared honestly. What do I do? We're travelling f

Not sure if this is the right sub, but I'd like to do a model kit of my minivan (2005 kia sedona ex), but it obviously doesn't have any kits based on it because it's just some random car lol. Does anyone have any references or points of direction to someone who would be willing to work with me on making a custom kit? Thank you!

I'm experiencing some pretty tough pain in and around one of the areas I got an extraction, and I'm worried its due to dry socket, which for some reason terrifies me. Just the name alone makes me cringe and wanna cry idk why it just sounds so awful, and I'm scared to have to go back to the dentist and am hoping so much that it heals on its own. But it hurts to do the rinse in that socket, and I can't tell if it's just sore and enflamed or if it's actual dry socket. I rinse and gargle with warm salt water, I take the ibuprofen they gave me for pain management, so is this all okay and can I just try and see if it'll heal on its own over the next few days? Or should I really go into the dentist

Finally got prescribed both min and fin, but now I'm getting cold feet lol. I just tend to be extra conscious about what I put in my body and how medications will affect me, but I'm also determined to start treatment sooner than later, since I'm at norwood 3 at 27. Now I'm wondering if I should just start one of them before diving into both, see if just one works for me, or if I should just suck it up and go all in and stop worrying. Any experience from ppl who began with similar concerns?

hes gone to a chiropractor semi regularly for years now for back and neck pain, but just recently got adjusted by someone who was too heavy handed, and now both his legs are numb. he went to the emergency room, and all tests aren't showing anything wrong, including a brainscan, and hes scheduled to see a neurologist next week. we're really anxious to know if this is temporary or long term, and hes especially anxious about becoming partially paralyzed. he has a multitude of other health issues centered in his gut microbiome, so this is just another thing on his plate. are there any stories of hope? anything in particular we should look for and ask about? does he need another adjustment from

im worried abt our future :(

TW: Anxiety / Depression

already not in a very good mental headspace with everything going on in the world, and the past week has been hellish while living in LA with the wildfires completely incinerating communities around me. i know i shouldnt read comment sections at this point, but its so heartbreaking to watch a video capturing whats going on around here and all the comments either saying we're all millionaire celebrities with multiple homes and shouldnt be upset, or that these fires were set up by leftists (???) and that california deserves this. what???? we are normal people!! altadena had so many low-income housing organizations and now altadenas gone! on top of all this, trump gets sworn in in like a week,

for context, im 26m, and ive always loved crafting hobbies like beading and jewelry making. im going to this tour hosted by a few internet personalities, and ive liked trading handmade bracelets with other bracelet-maker ppl in the past, but now im worried its weird or wrong to make bracelets and trade with other ppl at the event bc im getting older. i intend to only trade and chat w other adults i see there, and im doing this just because i enjoy the beading and the community aspect of it, but im still having a hard time getting past if this is "cringe" or if i should even care and just do what makes me happy. i wanna just do my own thing, but i think i also need some feedback. whatre your

my boyfriend and i decided to get a new kitten five days ago. the two cats we have now were mine originally, but my bf misses his old cat who passed a couple years ago before we lived with each other, so we thought introducing a new kitten at this time would be good for everyone. the new kitten is great and everything, but my resident cats are having a hard time adjusting to the new sounds and scents, and its making me nervous that theyll never get along and we just brought in a kitten and ruined their lives lol. i know thats so extreme and unlikely and just my anxiety talking, so do other people have similar stories and can tell me how they managed it?
another concern of mine is this new
