I am right now middle of a process with a german company for a sales role. I have done two rounds and they have invited me to an onsite interview. During my interview with the hiring manager she told me that the next step is an onsite interview where I present a case of some sort. But iwhen I get the email from HR nothing was mentioned about this.

It should be said that HR been extremely slow this whole process. Every step and email I send takes a week for them to respond to. At least. For example, in the email regarding the onsite interview they asked about availability for a few dates. I responded to that quite promptly but it took 5 working days for them to answer. I know it is holiday t

I have been without a job for 2 years now. Its been rough. No idea how many jobs I have applied for and how many processes I have been involved in, but it is a lot.

This week I have recieved 4 rejection from roles I really wanted. All of them rejected me after two rounds. And I thought all of them went really well. But does not seem to matter. And to be honest, I feel more down when I get rejected after interviews than I do when I recieve automated rejections from an ATS.

I understand that getting interviews is better, then you do have a chance, but it does make rejections feel more personal. And after two years, I cant fucking take it anymore. And I never get other feedback than standard

I recently wrote a very personal lyric/song but I just cant get it to become what I have in my head. So I want to give it up for a while and maybe someone else can take it do something great with it?

For me this is a modern pop song thing produced in a way that makes every word matter without losing the the hit song potential. And thats hard. But maybe there is a genius out there?

Well, here it is:

Verse 1

I don't like what life has turned us into

Love turns to anger between me and you

and pushes us beyond what we can take

We're even too tired to take a break

Verse 2

So much we've been forced to face

None of it has been fair

It keeps numbing our hearts

To the pain that sho

Hi everyone,

I'm a songwriter from Sweden, currently living in Germany.

I'm not really looking to become an artist. What I enjoy most is writing songs.

My process is probably a little different than most.

I rarely start with a melody. I usually start with an idea, a question or a feeling that I can't let go of. Sometimes it's about doubt, identity, loss, hope or simply trying to understand life a little better.

From there I spend hours (sometimes weeks) shaping the lyrics until every section has a purpose. I care a lot about structure, storytelling and making every verse move the song forward instead of just repeating the same idea.

Once the lyrics are finished, I use AI to create demo

I consider every application I do as a lottery ticket with 1 in 2 million chance to win. So when people tell me they got a job all I hear is " I won the lottery".

Cause the chances are just as slim.

But maybe thats just me....

Ive been out of permanent job for almost 20 months now and I am barley getting by. I do have small income here and there for side work I do as freelance but in general I am stuck. I have done everything I am supposed to. There are no stones unturned. And I still continue to do everything. But nothing happens.

In general, most jobs I apply for ends up in an automatic rejection email within 1-2 days. Regardless if I am a 100% fit or not. I have even applied for roles that could be written for me, and I´m still not getting more than a quick rejection email. And sure, some idiots thinks this is a me-problem. Change your CV, apply more, do this and that etc and thinks thats the issue. Smart peop

I've spent the last year writing songs and building demo recordings in a singer-songwriter / heartland rock / Americana-inspired style.

I'm not really looking for feedback. I'm looking for people who hear potential and would genuinely enjoy developing songs further, whether that's production, vocals, instrumentation, arrangement or even releasing them together.

I have a growing catalog of finished lyrics and demos ready to share.

If you're a singer, producer, band member or artist looking for original material and want to hear some examples, send me a DM.

Influences include strong storytelling, memorable melodies, heartland rock, singer-songwriter and Americana.

I'm a songwriter based in Germany writing singer-songwriter, heartland rock, Americana and country-rock influenced songs.

I have dozens of completed lyrics and demo recordings and I'm looking for artists, producers or musicians who hear potential in developing them further.

I'm not looking for session work or hired services. I'm looking for genuine creative collaboration where strong songwriting meets production, performance and recording skills.

My focus is memorable melodies, storytelling, emotional honesty and songs that feel human rather than formulaic.

If you're a singer, producer or artist looking for original material and want to hear examples, send me a message.

I just got rejected after making it to the final round for a senior partner/channel role at a SaaS company.

And honestly, this process finally broke something in me.

Not because I think I performed badly.
Not because I think I lacked the experience.
And not because they found some obviously superior candidate.

The frustrating part is that throughout the entire process, every person I spoke to reacted positively to me. Strong conversations. Good chemistry. Clear alignment around strategy, market approach, partnerships, channel building, etc.

One interviewer literally told me after 15 minutes that he would give a thumbs up to the hiring manager. Another one emailed me and wrote "You ar

I had a screening call with HR for a position that fits me 100%. Its almost as if the ad was written for me. Screening call went great and wednesday last week I had a call with the hiring manager. That went great as well. I said the right things, I knew the topic and me and the hiring manager felt very aligned. Time flew by and she had to run and said something about me needing to talk to another person on the team but didnt say anything detailed due to being rushed.

The day after I viewed the other team members linkedin and that person must have seen that and wrote me 1 minute later "Are you the person that gonna help us with XYZ?" and a big smile emoji. When I said I hope so the person wr
