I’m having trouble getting clarification around this. I’m currently on JSP for the past 10 months after resigning from a management role due to health issues.
I had a legal issue which culminated in charges being dropped but dragged on for over 12 months which resulted in a hefty legal bill. I paid them continuously over that 12 month period and then received a $5k bill which I was paying off.
this was fine until I ended up on JSP. long story short, they took me to civil court and demanded $200 a fortnight out of a $850 fortnight JSP payment. I showed i had zero savings and had sold my car to make ends meet. I said I could do $100 a fortnight and then ramp it up once I had new employment

Hird was away at the time so sent some bombers officials around to cales place to deliver the news & get it signed off on.
Apparently cale got wind of this so locked his door & refused to let them in. As this was bang on the trade dead line, the time passed, trade was dead in the water as they couldn’t get his approval / s
