So what is the deal with the future in marvel comics? I am pretty clueless, I apologise, but I have been reading a smattering of x-men comics from various eras, including the many lives of Moira intro to Krakoa, and it has left me with questions regarding the future.
Is the future in other 616 franchises also bleak mutant vs robot hellscapes? It feels a bit weird there isn't any apparent presence of non mutant heroes in those futures, which each seem to consist of a rag tag remant of mutants clinging on in a last stand.
I can understand the necessity of a plot contrivance to get the avengers and other non mutant heroes out of the way when its time for another genocide, but where are they
So this feat gives you the ability to manifest a second weapon, and adds agile and twin to the traits you can apply. You can also manifest both with the same action. So far so good.
The twin trait at no point actually says the other weapon must also have the twin trait. It says it must be a weapon "of the same type". Well, both weapons are "Solar weapon"s. What does "type" mean here? The twin trait was written assuming weapons of the same type would have the same traits built in, but ours are unique in the fact they don't have to.
As far as I can tell, there is nothing preventing you from having a d8 reach weapon in one hand, and an agile twin weapon in the other. And that is sick.

I'm sure most attention is currently at the lower end of the level bracket, but something caught my eye browsing the equipment section I think is worth drawing attention to and discussing.
Apex items are all augmentations. You can have a maximum number of active augmentations of your con mod +1. Apex items have no rules that mark them as exceptions to the standard augmentation rules.
I don't think that the joy of gaining an Apex stat stick needs to be marred by needing to remove a fun augmentation, nor do I think it is reasonable that an item you kind of have to get for standard progression disproportionately punish low con characters.
While I tend to have +4 con by that point, it isn't
Eternus said that we can go back in time to study past events as long as we don't change what happened, just how it happened. MoP remix is justified in game and therefore canon.
We will wake up after it ends, and the history books will say that when the combined forces of the Alliance and Horde rebels were slaughtered at the gates, a single weird dragon humanoid, hopped up from a full weekend of licking toads skipped into Orgrimmar and one shot Garrosh.
We had to farm frogs, because the original heroes farmed frogs. The timelines would have been destroyed if remix had ended without a culling of the frogs. Frogs would have spilled out from the lost continent of Pandaria and swept across t

"Can you please remove your necklace and your bra. You can leave your shirt on."
"Do i need to remove my glasses?"
"No, that's fine, you don't need to remove anything else."
"What about my rings?"
"You do not need to remove anything else, we're good."
"Should I take my shoes off?"
"If you like, but you don't need to, you don't need to take anything else off."
"I'll take my belt off."
And so on. I genuinely really like most patient interaction, but I wish I had a way to avoid doing this song and dance maybe 10 times a day. They are only trying to be helpful, but the inefficient communication gets to me.
I have been watching my way through DS9 recently, (I'm a couple episodes into the 4th season as we speak) having not seen further than season 2 before. I reaches this episode the other day and wanted to praise it.
We of course know that the people of Earth have moved beyond monetary pursuits, and instead find other ways to bring their days meaning. I found this episode to be the truest manifestation of this ethic.
(I am going to give an episode summary here, skip to the last paragraph if you are in a hurry.)
We see Sisko decide on a whim to build a Bajoran solar sail powered lightship, after learning about their contentious history, sailing through space when humans were still sailing th
Have the Sontarans ever been portrayed in an actual battle? They always talk about the glory of facing death head on, and we are always told of them being this amazing warrior race cloned and engineered, and mass produced in vats for warfare, but all of the encounters I have seen with them have been them using incredibly cowardly tactics. Sometimes it is called out as being unusual, such as using ATMOS to poison rather than fight, but sometimes not. They always seem to excite the copper casings to make guns not fire, or pick their fights with Earth soldiers pre industrial warfare while wielding plasma weaponry.
Do they ever seek out an actual fight?
