I've been playing since 0.1. Have never really followed a build guide and have been slowly improving this every league. I wanted to see if I could clear all the challenges / quests with a homebrew. Just finished the challenges and last pinnacle. Now that I'm pretty close to done with league and have accomplished what I set out to, I'm curious what people who actually know what they're doing think of the build. Any and all feedback is appreciated.

Someone asked a question about learning / writing jazz a couple days ago. In the comments, I shared a couple standards I considered relatively straightforward that helped me get going and start to play some jazz myself. I had the thought a list of these may be something that could benefit the community. Poked through the sidebar and didn't see anything. So, if you are willing to share any standards you think are good for getting started in the jazz world, it would be greatly appreciated and I will try to keep a list going with edits to this post text. Thanks all.

Just occurred to me I didn't tune in to wine not on friday night. I've really come to enjoy those, so wanted to go back and check it out. However, the most recent video I can find on the band's youtube page was from two weeks ago. Searched the sub and couldn't find a post on it, just curious if anyone knows whether it happened or not on Friday night. Thanks.
Just going through the sub today and reading all the PC excitement for Iceborne. I've been playing it since it dropped on PS4 and having a blast, really excited everyone gets to play now. I was just thinking if we had true cross play, we could help PC players through / with Iceborne and get to kind of experience the wonder of it all over again through new sets of eyes. I'm sure crossplay has been discussed lots in regards to MHW, just something that crossed my mind.
I was running around tonight fighting GL tempered Luna. Had a good group and was the first time I’ve taken her down. I was standing around after in silver rath set with ruiner blade. I had the thought that the hunter is like a mini dragon of his (or her) own. Doesn’t spit fireballs or dragon magic, but still manages to overcome these super powerful monsters through intellect and persistence (immortality helps). Just a random thought I had. I’ve read lots of theories on the handler and admiral, but not too many on the hunter.
Pretty much the title. Got hit up by two random users at roughly the same time. One is chatting with me, wanting me to check out their crypto platform, blah blah. This seems shitty to me, but is it technically against the ToS? I looked them up and read through them, but still am not totally sure.
I had a thought this morning when thinking about a post where we were discussing V7/vi yesterday. Sorry if this is obvious or goes no where, but I'm curious if there is anything more to this. I was mentioning G - B7 in country music and how it is a sound I really enjoyed. It got me spelling out chords in my head about what was out of the key. In the case of B7, the third of the chord (D#) is out of the key of G. In the context of the key of G though, the fifth is augmented. Seems like a reasonably common alteration. This got me to thinking if certain scale tones are generally raised or lowered as far as chromaticism is concerned. Kind of like how diatonic scale tones often go with ce
Went to launch the game and started downloading 6.02 update. Did a search on official site / google / sub and haven't gotten a hit yet. Anyone know what is being changed?
EDIT: Got a note about an update to limited bounties. Not sure if there are other changes or not.
I know this is a topic that comes up non stop in this sub. And that it can be frustrating for both the person trying to understand and also the person trying to explain. I've tried thinking about them in two main different ways over the years. As the scale degree you build off of major (I know this one is less popular) and then as the scale formula built of the note being tonicized. While this makes sense to me, the voice leading / harmony needed behind the scenes never really has. I've been having conversations with other musicians and came to something that clicked in my mind and I wanted to bounce it off others that are more knowledgable. The conversation has revolved around G mixol
I have a windows desktop that is pretty beefy that I mainly game on. However I also have a Macbook Pro I use a lot for travel / mobility. If I use steam cloud saves, can I play the same save across Windows and Mac? For instance, could I start a game on Windows, save it to the steam cloud and then load that save in the Mac OS?
