So, it’s been about two days since I’ve stopped drinking coffee and tbh I never thought I’d encountered what I would when I decided to stop. I thought the only symptoms/ withdrawals that I got from stopping were just headaches and lethargy, but that hasn’t been the case at all. What I’ve went through over the past 24 hours has been the worst bout of anxiety that I’ve dealt with, and it hasn’t stopped since yesterday night. I’m writing this off a zzzquil, and it’s completely failed me tbh.

I have an anxiety disorder outside of all this, although I haven’t seen a doctor about it (which I will be doing ASAP). But this lasting type of anxiety that I’ve felt just hasn’t gone away, and the anxie

I just wanted to point out that an audio bug that's affecting the Oculus platform for the Steam release of Spaceengine still hasn't been addressed after I posted twice about this on release nearly 2 years prior.

I know this was largely a one-man project and might be managed by a small team at this point in time, but can I get ANYONE from that team in question to at least acknowledge the problem? There's been a couple of posts about this issue aside from my own, but it might as well be like it doesn't exist.

It's one thing if the program was still free to use, but I did pay for the Steam version to support the developer and the VR functionality. There's been a few updates since then, but t

I was contemplating upgrading to the 5900x from the 3900x for a while now but after seeing benchmarks in a couple of video reviews between the two...I’m not entirely sure if I wanna go through with it. I’m running an RTX 3080 @1440p 144hz and honestly I’m not seeing a drastic performance increase in that space or anything like that, I think I might hold out until Zen 4 tbh.

Anyways, any other 3900x owners planning on upgrading, or are you gonna stick with Zen 2 for now? Just wanted some thoughts on the matter regardless.

First off, I know that I’m talking to a VERY specific group of VERY small people here, so hopefully I can at least get a couple of responses lol.

I have mines arriving this week and I’m driving an EVGA 750 GQ in my system...how’s stability in your system? I’ve heard for the most part in other posts that the card runs fine with that type of wattage, but I wanted some first hand accounts.

I have two 8-pins coming directly from the psu into my 1080ti atm, and then two extra vga cables that are daisy chained to have two 6+2 headers on each end (4 headers in total). I plan on adding in one of the extra 6+2 cables and not using the daisy chain on that one, just to be on the safe side (althoug

These last two weeks have been an absolute headache, and it makes me wish I NEVER upgraded in the first place.

I had enough PC parts plus the components that I was using to justify a worthwhile upgrade, going from a 4790k to a 3900x. Of course this required a new mobo and ram, so I happily obliged. I felt like the 4790k was an ok pairing with my 1080 ti, but I had wanted to upgrade to a possible 3080 in the future and I didn't think it could do a decent job with any cards faster than what I had.I also knew there was a significant amount of table being left on the table, so screw it lol.

Long story short, a myriad of problems later after upgrading (which one of them might still be prevalent

So I recently purchased a used MSI B450 Tomahawk motherboard (trusted vendor, I'be bought pc parts from them that work fine with no issue) to pair it with a Ryzen 3900x that I had also bought. I completely understand that this ISN'T the ideal motherboard for that CPU, I've already made that assessment. My question is if there's a regular version of this motherboard (I.E. non-Max, Standard Tomahawk) that comes with the updated bios needed to support Ryzen 3000 processors. The box that comes with it does clearly shows it's the standard version of the board, but what's thrown me off completely is the AMD stamp saying it's Ryzen 3000 desktop ready. From my understanding, I had assumed that I nee

First off, I'd like to say that I've been following Spaceengine for a few years and I'm at absolute awe at what the developer and his crew have done with the program over that span of time. It's nothing short of incredible.

I just wanted to know about a possible bug that has yet to be addressed that I've experienced at launch when Spaceengine released on Steam where there's no audio whatsoever in Oculus VR mode. If anyone does know how to circumvent it I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. I've looked online for it and I've come across posts with the same problem, but there's no responses.

It's also the reason why I'm making this particular post here.

TL;DR at the bottom

First off, I want to thank and congratulate the developer and all that helped to make the update and Spaceengine as a whole possible. You guys have done a fantastic job. That being said, I just wanted to give my feedback on the new update. However, I’d be lying if I said that I wasn’t slightly underwhelmed. But wait! Nothing to be super concerned with, and they’re only minor inconveniences. The first thing I noticed when I loaded the game was that in oculus vr mode, the audio doesn’t work for me. I’m not sure if anyone else with an oculus headset has the same issue, but that was the first problem I encountered. The second was, I didn’t know what the hell I was doing with

Ok, so about a month ago I got out of a serious relationship of 2 and a half years. But before that happened, about 2 months before, my "ex" (we never dated, we were just in love with each other) adds me on instagram. This threw me off like you wouldn't believe, because we hadn't talked in years. I'm in my third year of college. The last time we talked was junior year of high school, and through out high school we would always come in and out of each other's lives. After Senior year, I thought we were done with each other for good. Anyways, after she added me, I realized something: I STILL loved her. I thought I had gotten over her, but apparently all I did was just bury those feelings deep

I'm not usually one to post my problems online but right now I feel like I have absolutely no one to turn to. I just went through a tough break up and I feel very much alone. I have friends here and there but for the longest time I haven't had close friends let alone a best one. I have no one to confide in because I feel like everyone I know won't really care about my problems and don't have the time for me. I feel trapped. I feel like this how it's going to be like for the rest of my life. I've always been kind of a lone wolf my whole life but it's never what I really wanted. I don't want this...but right now it's as if I'm destined to be alone for the rest of my life just because it's in m
