###Build Help:

Building a NAS and need help sizing a power supply and/or choosing acceptable splitters (Molex to 2x crimped SATA, SATA to 4x SATA, etc). The location of the 2.5" drives makes it a bit awkward for cable length, and I will be needing 13 SATA connections, 8 for the HDDs, 4 for the SSDs, and 1 for the fan controller. I will be shucking the 14 TB drives to fit into the system, running in RAIDZ2 (RAID 6).

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Plex media server, backup target for home machines, family photo repository. It will be running FreeNAS/TrueNAS, and may require adding an Intel NIC

I am at a complete loss as to what this game is.

  • I remember being able to choose different cars to race along an offroad-ish track with obstacles in the way like water (hence the need for floatation tires) and jumps you can take to glide long distances with 747 wings to cut corners of the track.
  • I believe there were pickups you could get that would be like speed boosts?
  • I don't remember if there were any weapons, but I think it was against other racers.
  • I do remember a jungle level that was a bit drab.
  • There was a 6 wheeled vehicle, IIRC that was similar in style to an APC. But most cars were Hot Wheels originals style.

Hey all, it's been a bit since I've played modded Minecraft and am unfamiliar with the mods. Are there any sort of defensive measures I can take against mobs in the Default world gen?

Currently I am just hollowing out a mountain for a base of operations, but there are mobs outside my home that make it nearly impossible to venture outside, the most notable of which is some mob with a quick firing laser gun that hits 4 hearts per shot.

My DM is allowing homebrew in their campaign and I found some of the subclasses wanting for how I'd like to play my character, a 7-ft tall human barbarian gladiator stylized like a pro-wrestler. I had the Tavern Brawler feat as I was originally going to go with Bear Totem, but going all-in as a brawler seemed like too good of an opportunity, so I'd swap feats to Resilient(Dex).

I don't want to be too overpowered and overshadow the Monk in our group by having too good of unarmed attack dice, nor do I want to completely best the Paladin in damage output. It's tempting to throw in Improvised Weapons that scale with my damage die, but that may make the TB feat useless. I also ran out of ideas

Looking for ideas if DM allows this. Only stipulation is that the build should be moderately effective in combat.

Bard is the obvious choice, but Hexblade sounds good for only requiring Charisma for weapon and spell attacks.

Edit: Used 30 point buy & non-variant Human for 13+1 to all stats.

I need a new phone after my Droid Turbo 2 no longer holds a charge for more than a couple hours, and I was wondering what everyone's opinion is. Is this a phone to invest in and buy mods like the mophie juice pack (now that the TurboPower Pack is no longer being manufactured as far as I can tell, this is the replacement), gimmicky projector, and gamepad?

All I need in a phone is good battery life and decent enough specs to play some games and stream video, but the appeal of these mods has me leaning away from cheaper phones like the J7. I don't want to buy an expensive as hell phone like the Galaxy 9+ or Note 9 b
