I've always wanted to get into Arenas, my friends don't play it. I'm a casual apex player, I've never been into ranked modes. Must be OK with me playing Gibby, Lifeline, Vantage... maybe ash. Add me on Steam, friend code 65156386. I play on EST. If you're reading this in the future, consider this an open invitation, send me a msg on here and add me. Peace

Hello fellow Captains. I'm back on Frostpunk after taking a break, and I'm trying to play all the scenarios on Hard. I can play New Home and Arks on Hard and do well, but man Refugees is punishing if you mess up. I've tried many many runs, and I'm feeling a little lost on this one. I know should rush Beacon to get out on the map ASAP. I seem to never have the steel to build it right away. What are your best suggestions? I'm down for any playstyle. I've tried opening Emergency shift-extended shift, I've tried child labor, Soup or Sawdust etc, overcrowding, whatever. Give me some tips. I'm enjoying how hard this is, but I've hit a point where I'm not progressing. Oh... and is faster gathering
I don't have much to go on. Early 90s I think. I remember the toys tie in way more than anything about the cartoon. The toys were really small plastic historical jets. I only remember 2 specifically. My favorite was an F-100 super sabre, and I had an F-104 Starfighter. The toys didn't have many details, they were pretty simple. They all had really colorful paintjobs. The cartoon had a pirate faction I think? Memory is hazy.
I've heard very little about this project since the announcement ~4ish years ago. Granted I'm limited to English language sources. Do we think it's still on?
As the title suggests, I'm not sure where to start with the tech tree. I'm playing the campaign for the 1st time, and I've got a bunch of points saved, but haven't spent anything yet. I'm kinda overwhelmed by choice. I've seen a few reviews mentioning you can't unlock everything, and you might die later on for the lack of the right choices. I know Workshops and Farms are desirable. I've got enough points for both, is that a good starting move? Any insight you can give would help. Thanks!
I'm doing a slow rewatch. Just wondering if its ever been reveled in canon, or otherwise, how the finder managed to get a hold of The Eye? Mollari says he would "...very much like to know how you got your hands on this?" And the finder, ominously replies "No you wouldn't." Just curious. Thanks!
I finally watched Wasted XIII or what ever its also called. I had been avoiding it all this time. Mostly because I heard it wasn't very good. But I've been starving for more Patlabor, and recently got a hold of the Patlabor Blu ray set, so I figure I have to watch it. And... I didn't hate it hah. I actually enjoyed my time with it. I liked the pacing of the film, and the detective story angle. The focus on the detectives reminded me of the first Patlabor movie. Palabor 1 is book ended by some Mecha action at the start and the end, but the meat of the movie is actually our characters just trying to figure out whats going on, in parallel to the detectives looking into the background of the pro
I'm so dumb. I've been putting all my food production on the outer edges of my cities in each run. It's just something I liked to do. ..Along with the cookhouses. I've been playing this game for a year. My poor people have been trudging thru the cold to get a meal all this time. Ugh.
Platform(s):Was maybe ported to the NES from something else, but I think I played it on NES
Genre: Arcade shooter
Estimated year of release:80's to early 90s
Graphics/art style:Galaga-like fixed arcade shooter
Notable characters: Played as a spaceship
Notable gameplay mechanics: Galaga-like where you shoot waves of enemies, however, you rotate around the center of the screen instead of the bottom of the screen, but are fixed to the outer edge.(Can't move closer to the center. Just left and right around the outside.) Enemy waves appear from the center of the screen.
Other details: When you completed a stage, you moved thru the center of the screen to the next level
Symptoms: After you use it, you get orange streaks/glare intermittently across your screen throughout the match.
I'm on PC and collected some info about this from searching the main subreddit. Been reported to happen on console as well. It was originally reported as to only happen with the new event skin, but I played last night exclusively as Officer Williams, and saw it happen all night. Games when I did not use the emote, I didn't see the problem occur. So so far the only commonality is using the new emote on drop. Something to keep in mind for your sanity heh.
No mic needed. Been stuck on the last step for a bit but don't have clan mates to help. Looking to play this tonight, maybe 7.30 or 8 EST. Locked loadout, Solar burn, heavyweight and extinguish, no time limit.
1996-2000ish... I could be wrong about the Edu part, but I only played it in school as part of a class. Might have been browser based, but I'm not sure about that part. You had to manage all aspects of the fast food business. From staffing and how much to pay them, what to serve and how much to charge. You'd also have to raise the cows and things like that. Theres was environmental impacts too.
I'm mostly a solo player nowadays. I've reached the Shattered Throne step for Izanagi's Burden. Thankfully looks like Shattered Throne playability no longer cycles. Which is awesome. Looking for some chill folks willing to be patient with me, since I don't think I've ever finished Throne. I see theres two more steps for the Izanagi's Burden after Shattered Throne, but lets see how Throne goes. Looking to play tomorrow night, Oct 3rd, say 6.30 EST. Thanks!
I was thinking about this the other day, since I don't often venture outside of Starcraft when it comes to watching esports. And yes, there can be only one Casting Archon. Tho I'm curious about folks out there who are full of knowledge, but are entertaining to watch because they get on so well together? Maybe they've been casting together forever? Hit me up with links of the casters in action.
Hey folks
I've been using a Mionix Naos 7000 for a few years. Dare I say it'd the perfect shape for my wide hand. I tend to hold the mouse in a palm grip, and the 'bump' on the right side of the mouse keeps my pinky from dragging on the mat. I love this. My pinky dragging tends to happen with any other shape mouse. It seems the wheel is starting to break. It intermittently doesn't respond, or tends to roll in the wrong direction unless I roll pretty hard. Anyway, it seems the Naos 7000 may have been discontinued? It's out of stock everywhere, and the few places I've found that have them are pretty sketchy. (Third party sellers that actually ship a different model or mis-ship it, have been m
