Assuming all goes according to plan and the bank agreements are signed, the Amapa mine, railway and port will be owned by PEDRA BRANCA ALLIANCE PTE. LTD of which Cadence will own initially 20% of and then 27%, the remaining 73% being owned by Indo Sino Pte ltd. The question is - Who has the expertise to bring mine operations online? Or will Dev Mineracao operate the Amapa mine for Pedro Branca? Judging by the PR from Cadence and Kieran the message seems to be that Dev are doing all the work but do they have a financial interest?
