Been looking for a tool that will take a list of tracks (from playlist or folder) and set memory cues to match the hot cues (set by user) in terms of time and color. Lexicon has the feature but I'm tired of paying $17 a month for one tiny part of the software. I'd be willing to pay $100 for something along these lines.

Also props to Lexicon's devs on putting a stop to "someone" trying to block network access then kill the subscription to keep using this feature without paying for the sub...

I'm currently using Lexicon to do this (which works perfectly) but it's the only feature of the software I'm using and for $18 a month, I kick myself every month when I'm charged. Should just be an XML file find/replace but my coding skills aren't that great.

Paid to get a car transferred and went to pick it up yesterday. Got in and the driver seat is loose (like not fully bolted in) and there’s no power to the seat. It’s a manual so you’re probably going to have to adjust the seat so you can reach the pedals. Pretty obvious it’s screwed up and I was the first one who noticed it?

If they missed the easy stuff, fair to say they didn’t look at anything else?

I’ve had two experiences in the last week where someone took a weight off a bench I was using.

The first kid came up behind the bench and took a weight off the top inside peg (think 6” from the bar) as I was unracking my top set and put another weight back on. That one set me off.

Second kid grabbed a few tens in between sets. It was whatever but don’t like people walking up close behind me.

I’ve always been one to ask if I can borrow a plate if anyone is even standing next to a machine/bench. Am I weird or what?

So I finally upgraded my Macbook to an M1 Pro 14" and it's brought a number of issues including instable software and controller incompatibility. I've been a Traktor user for the last 10 years (which I'm regretting) and use a DJM-750 MK2, 3 XDJ-1000 (one newly added) and some Midi Fighters for cues and some effects (mainly just echo out). I also use a Kontrol X1 MK1 for loop and move functions which I've since learned is not supported. Apparently there are some .kext modification workarounds but I've had limited luck in my first 30 minutes or so of trying.

Which brings me to my question, I'd like to replace the X1 (and my last piece of NI gear) with something else. My only requirements are
