I read about the Changes to Complimentary Lounge Invitations from July 1st, 2026, however I was just able to link my complimentary lounge invitation for a flight JQ7 Melbourne to Singapore mid July. Does the change only come into effect if you link it after July 2026??
A bit of a rant so move on if you don't want to read.
So I signed up for the Commbank smart awards last December, selected I wanted qanats rewards during the application process. Got approved, waited for the points. Never came. Called up around Feb, spoke to a guy who said yes, I can see you're eligible for the points, but we have 4 months to pay them out, so you should recieve them in May. Still haven't gotten the points and it's now May. Called up again, they said oh sorry you didn't go into your app and sign up for 'yellow', so you don't get the qantas points and it's too late now!
I remember someone posting they didn't get there qantas points with commbank either and had to wait month
If I work 1800-2200 shift in Victoria, would I be entitled to afternoon, or night shift allowance? Thank you!
Hello everyone, can anyone please recommend the best way to get from Shinjuku station, arriving at 16:46 on April 15th, to Toy Story Resort, with 2 kids? I've read there is a direct bus to disneyland, or should we take the train (however worried about peak times) , or go for a taxi? We will be tired I'm sure and just want to get there without too much stress if at all possible, thank you!
Hey guys, What would you suggest for our Harkone itinerary, we will be staying at Eblem Flow for one night on Monday April 14th and coming from Kyoto.
Should I try to take the earlier Hikari 642 train leaving Kyoto at 8:33 arriving at 10:38, do the loop that day and check into hotel, then do open air museum in the morning. We have a romance car booked on Tuesday April 15th from Hakone-Yumoto at 15:13 to Shinjuku.
The other option is sleep in and not rush in the morning, take the 10:33 Hikari from Kyoto arriving at Odawara at 12:38, we would do the open air museum, then do the full loop in the morning the next day. Would be make it back to Hakone-Yumoto by 15:13 to catch our train? I'm wo

We are 2 adults 2 children staying in Cairns overnight before flights to Osaka, can anyone recommend where to stay overnight. We are looking for somewhere with a great buffet breakfast before our lunch time flight. Anyone have opinions on hilton double tree? Is it worth traveling further to one the Crystlebrook hotels, or should we just aim for somewhere close to airport. We will literally being only checking in for 12 hours. Thank you!

Trying to buy express pass tickets for April 9th. When I go to select the time, all the numbers come up from 1-52 with the times 09:10-10:10 for example, but it wont let me select a time. It says there are tickets available, not sure what to do has anyone had this happened?

We will be landing around 7pm at night, and plan to take the Haruka to Osaka station. Is it feasible to catch a taxi from Osaka Station to Apa Umeda Eki resort, as it's saying it's an 11 minute walk and we will have kids with us. I read somewhere that it could take just as long to walk to the right exit and find a taxi as it is to walk there, is this true? Thank you.
