Obviously this section is difficult, but clearly it's worth going through with it still. I'm mostly wondering because I think the tactical way to do it without too much suffering is to use some of the later boons like discounted blessing and higher exp gain, which get better with more routes done. But the route completion rewards like side quests and map filling that makes Part 1 less tedious haven't kicked in yet (presumably not until Part 2 ends and I bring my lord to the present.)

I'm also wondering about if you could kinda "save" your Part 2 playthrough, so you don't have to do the entire start again if you do come back to it after skipping. (I've already beaten the first and can proba

My Samsung Fit watch regularly estimates that I'm burning 400-600 calories at work through walking, but I have no idea how much I should be taking it at its word.

I have my fitness app listing me as sedentary, so Samsung can just add the calories burned right into my daily goals. But I've heard the watches tend to overestimate, and the fact that it even then keeps giving me so much is giving me pause.

But at the same time, I want to make sure I'm actually on a deficit, which is hard when that room for error feels big. Like, I know I probably shouldn't be eating back all the calories burned or risk going into maintenance. But going on too big of a deficit I know would lead

Am I the only one who flat out thinks 3 is just the better game, gameplay wise? It has a lot of bloat and Sora isn't as snappy as in 2, but everything about the playstyle and the options given to me (aside from the obvious attractions) just feels so much better.

Comes to mind specifically because I tried a KH2 Lvl1 run a month ago, and found it painful compared to my Pro Code run last year. And now coming back to it... Something about 3's differences feels so much more satisfying to play with, even if I made it more painful by going for Crit. Only complaint is that I think not every fight was built for some of these. The mob fight with a timer in Thebes where they tell you to use formchang

Something I just started wondering after the discourse. Because it's not like Ralsei's crossdressing like a lot of femboys in anime. The robe is androgynous. The ribbons and eyeshadow read as closeted behaviour, and not something they're open about. There's no other real tell of feminine presentation. So why did Ralsei become a femboy icon after the chapter 2 days?

Was it really just from acting docile and submissive, and liking baking? Maybe the shipping with Kris "being gay", since so many people still see them as a guy?

Like I've just been scratching my head about it in hindsight.

As in, the main theme rendered into a full song with lyrics. They kept it for Engage, at least. And while I remember people bemoaning 3H having a pop tune as its main theme when it first got revealed, I always liked it, especially realizing what it says about the characters and themes post-release. And the game clearly is taking a lot of cues from 3H. Not to mention, the title screen (Legend of the Endless Flame) opens with the core motif from Cycle of the Sun. Wouldn't be surprised if we hear it in more tracks like 3H and Engage handled their OSTs.

I don't know. Just figured they would have put out something like that during the direct trailers, or when they released a part of the OST on N

-Leda is on a revenge mission getting back at everyone responsible for her father's death.

-Cai is trying to save his father from imprisonment due to a crime.

-Theodora is restoring glory to her kingdom, and trying to cement herself as a ruler after her father's assassination.

-Dietrich is carrying out bloodthirst with a blade passed down by his ancestors.

All four are carrying on some kind of legacy. Three of them are even directly responding to something happening to their father. And while that could be classic FE writing in action with dead dads, it's also notable to me how none of these motivations are all that clear cut. They're carrying a burden for someone whose circumstances

Long story short, I bought the game what had to be three years ago, only to drop it in favor of the gym. But I need more varied workouts, so I'm picking it back up again.

Thing is, I don't know where my height/weight is listes. You're supposed to put that in, right? I'm worried that the information given is outdated and so the little information I get like the calories and difficulty estimates are just way off the mark.

not a literal soft-lock per se, but the game seems to have made a mission uncompleteable for me no matter how many times i re-enter the area or restart the game.

In my case it's the Waylon Jones questline, pretty sure the second to last one. I've looked at a walkthrough for it online, and i'm supposed to scan a chemical and follow it to a garbage bin. The thing is, I'm getting really close to clearing the map, so I'm only now focusing on the achievements unrelated to it. I'm not sure if it's because of some bad timing input, but right as I was about to analyze the chemical, I got a crime alert and decided to prioritize it. (I'd been ignoring them for most of the campaign and hub completion,
