I don't get to channel surf much these days, but with the holiday coming up I have the luxury to do so this week. With that said, I noticed that COZI TV has disappeared from the line up. Am I imagining this or did they really yank it? I'd throw up an antenna but my domicile is not friendly towards over-the-air-reception (structural limitations). Ironically, its subcarrier is located here, in Nashua.

A colleague recently asked me about penalties they might have to pay for registering their car and obtaining their license after the 60 day grace period folks have when they move to New Hampshire. I thought about it and realized I don't have any idea. I tried finding the information via Google but fell short. This has me curious. What are the penalties for newcomers who did not register their car/transfer their license within that sixty day window?
