I was wondering if anyone could give me an explanation for why my Take Flight is locked in Battlegrounds. I was told that push and pull abilities are locked in BGs which would explain why my Fiery Chain and Take Flight are locked but I've had people hit me with Take Flight mid match. Am I missing something or is my ability bugged?

Several new abilities are tied to activations of other abilities with no branching paths or any other fringe issues with tying the buttons together yet were not tied together as a one button combo.

Technical Step turning into Tillana and Summon Seraph turning into Consolation were a good start but it baffles me why Flourish/Fan Dance IV and Devilment/Starfall Dance didn't get the same treatment. If we look at other jobs off the top of my head, Warriors could have gotten the same treatment with Inner Release/Primal Rend. I was wondering if it's related to an engine issue of toggling between GCD and oGCD abilities.

Am I missing something or is this just an inconsistency in ability design?

For WHM players: if Free Cure had a 100% chance to trigger what would that do for Cure 1 in your eyes? Would it make Cure 1 too powerful? Would Cure 1 still not be worth using?

I've been following mostly this guide and this guide for trying to get my VM setup going. I had a win10 VM that got to the install screen that I stopped and ended up deleting. Now repeating the steps in Virtual Machine Manager is throwing this error.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone at support for going on a week now and it has been a baffling and frustrating experience. It is an account billing issue so I submitted a ticket. The response I received told me to call support during the listed hours. The US Support Line's hours are listed as:

10.00 CT - 19.00 CDT

I assumed this meant Central Time but also called during Cuban Daylight Time just to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I have called 9 times during those hours. For the sake of making a point, these are all my exact call times (in Central Time) over the past 5 days:

  • 10:32am

  • 11:21am

  • 12:09pm

  • 3:42pm

  • 4:04pm

  • 4:27pm

  • 5:15pm

  • 6:18pm

  • 7:43pm

I was troubleshooting an imageboard app on my phone that wouldn't let me attach a picture via launching the gallery app to select the image. Through the behavior of the issue and an error message I discovered, I found the root cause to be the "Don't Keep Activities" setting buried in the developer options.

The setting was enabled by default for me and my question is am I unhardening my device at all or widening my attack surface by disabling this option? I can see some merits of apps not carrying over cache between sessions but don't know if that was the intention with the setting being enabled or an oversight. It cuts into functionality for several apps, including Orbot, and would be a pai

Haven't seen anyone mention this yet but the Dissecting AMD Platform Security Processor video that made some waves a few months ago mentions a program called PSPTrace that shows the boot order or processes on your machine based on a UEFI image. From everything I've read, I haven't seen anyone try to definitively figure out the efficacy of the Disable PSP in the BIOS. Unless I'm missing something, you should be able to use PSPTrace and verify if the PSP_DIRECTORY or PSP_FW_BOOT_LOADER show up in the image. If they do, we know that the disable function doesn't stop the PSP's boot process and is effectively worthless
