I'm testing Windows LAPS on one test OU with one computer in it. Everything is working as expected, except I'm the only user that is able to view the LAPS managed password.

If I run the below, where $cred is one of those other users (testuser1), it works fine. So I don't think it's decryption rights. The other users are in the same LAPS Decryption group as me (configured by GPO).

Just curious as I'm learning and getting familiar with git. Do real production teams use any kind of tools for git like "git gui" or others? Or does everyone just use it from command line? Thanks for any insight. :)

I'm trying the Better Fishing addon, and it adds a binding in keybinds. Rather than binding it to a certain key, I want to put it in a macro so I can just move it to the 1 slot on my hotbar when I feel like fishing. Is this possible?

Is there a way to create a shortcut to open an app, such as gmail, but still show the red number on the icon for new emails?

I want to basically use a custom icon for gmail, but it does not show the number of new emails in a red bubble at the top right of the icon on home screen like the normal gmail icon does. Any way to get that functionality?

I'm looking to slowly create a personal website over time as I learn webdev, and need advice on hosting. I'm not looking for an easy/managed solution to get a site up quickly. I want to do most things myself so I can learn everything on the way.

So I'm thinking I want to go the VPS route, and will set everything up from there as I go. I already secured a domain name.

I also want to set up email using my domain, such as [email protected] and use something like gmail as the client. I'm not as interested in getting in the weeds and hosting my own email server.

Is there a good provider I can use for my unmanaged VPS, that will also give me a more user friendly way to set up my custom domai

When I charge up Burning Orb and then try to recast it a 2nd time, it throws one of the small uncharged ones instantly and wastes a charge even though I'm holding down the button. If I force myself to wait long enough it will let me charge it again. Is this a bug and/or has anyone else had this problem?

Pls let us view the journal menu from inside forge, so we can look at our challenges and such while being able to pick our loadout at the same time. I always forget which guns I need to use for challenges and have to go all the way out of forge, look at challenges, then go back into forge and set my guns.

Edit: Also, being able to open inventory while out of your javelin in the city area would be nice.

After you activate your first ability, you have up to 3 follow up moves that appear to be bound to R, T, Y by default. I'm sure most people will change them, but I couldn't really find anyone talking about this so I was just wondering what keybinds everyone plans to use?

I don't know what other buttons do by default, but I was thinking of using R, F, C because they are right by your WASD keys and they correspond positionally to how the combo abilities appear on screen (top, middle, bottom).

I've been searching around and reading but was a little confused about character progression. I read there are only 3 max level dungeons with daily lockouts. So on any given day after you have done the 3 dungeons once, what other PvE stuff is there to do that day to continue to progress your gear/character? Anything besides crafting?

I like PvP as well, just wondering what a normal day in Bless looks like after exhausting the dungeons in terms of character progression through PvE. What will people be doing in the beginning to gear up?

I saw a couple of people saying that weapons are obtained from world bosses or something like that. Is this accurate, and if so how does it work? Who gets credit for the kill? The first group who attacks it or something else?

Also how is the weapon actually obtained? Is it dropped from the kill and can more than one person obtain a weapon from one kill?

Hi folks. I know this topic has been discussed before, but I was hoping to explain my reasoning and get some feedback on if I'm crazy or not. I'm trying to decide between a 144hz gsync 1440p 27" monitor and a 144hz gsync 1080p 24" monitor.

I'll be using an i7 7700k and 1080ti. I understand this might be overkill for 1080p and it's plenty of power for 1440p.

I'm mainly into competitive gaming, mostly shooters. I'm not a big stickler for having the best possible graphics, however I do place a high level of importance on maintaining consistently high fps for a predictable, smooth experience. For this reason I'm thinking of sticking with 1080p 144hz.

I'm brand new to ESO and trying to decide if I want to commit to the game or not. I'm mostly interested in playing PvP, and I've gathered I'd like to play a magicka templar or a healer. I'm not really clear on how gearing works at endgame.

Is it possible to gear up and be competitive in PvP without crafting or doing group PvE? I probably wouldn't mind soloable PvE stuff, but I don't really know anyone that currently plays ESO so grinding group content would be hard. I read that you have to join guilds to buy stuff from other players. If buying all my gear is one of the options, can enough money be made in a relatively tolerable amount of time?
