I've avoided posting about my project publically for years but I've run into a block that I can't seem to get past. I've spent the last few months streamlining and logicizing my system. My current focus is attempting to adapt the "weird moon" trope so that at night the moon (or frankly whatever at this point!) heavily nerfs or entirely stops magic as I like the idea of magic users being defenseless at night. I have attempted to go through many ideas on how to make this logistically work but I just don't know how.

The foundation of my project and its magic system is property dualism and [panpsychism](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panpsychism

Is anyone aware of a fabric mod that adds configurable anvil repair recipes? I would really like to remove mending and replace it with a more "resource" based ability to repair items for a personal pack but I have been unable to find any mod that actually allows this (that is on Fabric and is 1.20.1).

I got a bit of hope when I found "AnvilAPI" but unfortunately this is not a feature. I also tried "Luckius' Repair Gems" as a fallback but its currently broken. I REALLY just wanted to make it so chorus fruits are a flat price low XP way to repair all items but NOTHING even approaches this feature on Fabric.

Hi, I'm a former mod of the AW discord and sub. I wanted to do an AMA since I know a lot of people are still generally in the dark about stuff that happened after the influx of people and the events of the past few weeks.

I don't want to get too "into the drama" here but I do want to answer questions and offer a view into the internal stuff going on in the mod team.

Just to clarify: I was a mod on the discord longer than I was on the sub though I was active on both. I am not the top mod nor the mod that did the interview. I am also very much an anarchist. I'm saying this due to some things that were said on the poll for if this post should be made or not.

Heya, I'm wondering if yall could help me make a username for all social media.

I wanted to use "PrinceMars" but its either taken or not available for other reasons. I like how it sounds (kinda cute/fun/punchy) but what are some other ideas? It HAS to include "Mars".

Heya, I have a Cintiq 16 (not the pro) and I've been wanting to test it on my new PC but at the moment the HDMI port on my GPU is being taken by my main 1440p monitor. Until I can get a DP cable it has to take that slot so I was wondering if it was okay to plug my Cintiq (a display tablet for drawing) into my motherboard to use my CPUs integrated graphics WHILE having a display active on my GPU. The Cintiq uses an HDMI and USB cable.

Is this okay? Will I experience any problems? I don't want to mess this thing up and I really don't want to mess up my Cintiq given how expens

Well, this is the first PC I've ever built. I've had regular laptops and gaming laptops but this is my first PC, my technological child. This thing was a journey. I started on this project around May 19th looking for prebuilts with barely any understanding of what a GPU even is but after earning money and doing an obsessive amount of research I was able to build it with minimal help (other than the damn 24 pin cable. My fingers looked like I just got done with guitar practice after that.).

This sub and the discord were fundamental to the creation of this and it wouldn't have been near as good without yall so thank you.

At first, it was "little" things, like celebrating notoriously really awful people simply because they are gay, then I saw many slurs being used (a lot of the R slur) and even straight up aggressively hating on those who actually fought for gay rights. But then, I noticed the transphobia.

In the past two weeks I have seen at least five posts just from scrolling that seemed either blatantly transphobic or acting as dogwhistles. Either way, all of them had replies full of slur usage, bigotry, internalized homophobia, ableism, and horrible transphobia. If you question it you get spammed with downvotes and replies. I checked the accounts of these people, many of them being part of notirously bi

Heya, I bought a razer huntsman elite with the red switches on amazon and I'm actually liking it. I bought it a bit early so I've been using it with my laptop while I finish up on my PC (waiting for the monitor) but I noticed that there is a shakey ping sound in a few keys. Luckily, most of them are keys I'll rarely press but one is the backspace key and while it doesn't destroy my typing it is annoying. Should I get a replacement for it or is this a common issue that won't be fixed with a replacement? If its something that wont be fixed I might just go for a leopold or something since I've heard those are nice
