I haven’t played battlefield since battlefield 4. I heard there would be a new battlefield coming out probably next near and it had me remembering the fun I had many years ago on the old battlefield games.
2042 elite edition is currently on sale on the ps store for 20$. Is it worth picking up for that price and still well alive and easy to find lobbies?
Trying to play this game as a new casual player feels nearly impossible.
It feels nearly impossible to actually have fun playing this game when it’s match making feels like it’s set up to just make you loose. Maybe there genuinely is no lower level newer players but my experience so far has been team mates who clearly don’t want to win, hot drop push die leave match, and get totally melted at level 23 by someone who is level 400 something where I clearly didn’t stand a chance.
The advice I always see is oh just get good or oh this or oh that.. like what about the people who don’t have the time to “get gud”, the casual people who just think the game is cool, I see a lot of talk about the

Anyone else miss the stats page we had in mw3 warzone? It gave so much more details now it’s just in the leaderboards page and it’s not nearly as descriptive.
Doesn’t really affect gameplay but I liked checking that page to see my top finishes and win percentages all clearly laid out on 1 page.
So I’m a new player, well sort of I played for about a week 2 years ago but everyone I knew was playing cod or fortnite so it didn’t stick. Now my friends don’t really game anymore and my sister that I always play Fortnite with works a different shift than me so I’m going to try apex again. I’m still going to play Fortnite when my sister is home but that’s only like 1 day a week. And black ops 6 is just mind numbingly boring already.
The biggest issue I seem to have is just getting like totally caught while trying to move or rotate. My aim is meh, but that’ll take time to get down for the different guns and such, but it seems like everytime I move there is an enemy who has been waiting in
So I was never really great at this game despite having a lot of hours in it. I just played for fun, got a full time job and all that so I never had the time to put into being able to be really good or build real good or anything but what the hell happened this season?
Last season I would do okay by my standards, get a win every 1 and like 20 games or so and felt like I had a chance in a lot of games even when I didn’t win. This season I don’t have a single chance, every single fight I get turbo built on and one pumped. What happened???
To preface this I was really excited for this season since I started chapter 2 season 1. I’ve had a few days off from work so I played more yesterday tha
What did you guys manage to get so far this season in terms of rank? Seems like the intro of reloaded ranked got a lot of people who didn’t normally play ranked to give it a try, what did everyone get to?
I got to.
Battle royale : elite Zero builds : platinum 3 Reload zero builds : elite Reload with builds : gold 3
I usually play solo and once in a while as a duo with my sister and very rarely squads with my cousin and sister.
Also I’m a walking example of you don’t got to be very good to achieve a high rank. I’m not that great and managed to get much further than I thought I would. This is the first season I’ve ever played ranked in and started in chapter 2 season 3.
My theory is that since Tokyo game show is next week and all of the final fantasy games on Xbox are currently on sale including 15 (ik it’s old) that they might be prepping for announcing ff16.
We know the exclusivity deal for it is over, 15 came to Xbox (despite not getting the highest number of sales), ms saying they want to work more with Japanese devs, it’s coming to pc, and square saying they want to release games on more platforms after underwhelming results from the recent Sony exclusivity deals.
What’s everyone else think?
My sister wants me to hang this shelf she bought on the wall.. but what do I need to actually hang it, attached is a picture of the bracket it came with. I know I got to hang it on a stud but other than that I’m not sure how to approach it.
Is there a way to switch between headphones and tv speakers without unplugging the headphones? I just got a pair of Astro a20 wireless, is there a way to switch the audio back and forth without needing to unplug the headphones? If I turn them off then just no audio at all plays until I unplug the dongle.
What does everyone else spend the most time playing in cod? I used to play mostly zombies but we haven’t gotten a good zombies experience since Cold War. Mw3 zombies are okay but it gets stale quick so I’ve been playing more multiplayer lately. I’m not a huge fan of warzone (mainly because I’m bad at it and somehow don’t improve despite being okay at the mp). I used to love the campaigns but this years was a let down.
How about everyone else?
We all know the Xbox series x/s aren’t selling nearly as well as the ps5, but why does the media and gaming journalist seem so anti Xbox?
The Xbox series consoles weren’t ever going to outsell the ps5 after the fumble that was the Xbox one launch and how big of a leg up Sony got over Xbox last gen. Especially considering how Sony finally embraced backwards compatibility meaning people would have to abandon their whole last gen library to jump platforms, but the Xbox series consoles have sold a decent number despite this.
Yes when you look at the fact that sales are declining it seems bad, but they also aren’t a small number. Close to 30m Xbox console sold as of Feb 2024 isn’t exactly a t
Ive always heard that cod was console dominant but im curious to see what everyone plays on. It doesn’t matter if its the newest cod, or if its the most recent gen of console, im just curious to see what platform you play on and how come you chose that one.
