r/Luxembourg•

Hello,

I recently moved to Luxembourg and I'm looking to optimize my banking and card configuration for interest and rewards. Here is what I’m currently :

Primary Bank: Spuerkeess. Have this already.

Main Card: AMEX (French version) for daily transactions to earn points. Have this one too and linked to spuerkees.

Savings/Investment: Trading 212 for the 2.2% daily interest on cash and ETF investing. Scouting for better options

Backup: Revolut for RevPoints and for when AMEX isn't accepted and preferably some lounge access. Scouting for something better here too.

I've foolishly not renewed my passport in plenty of time and now have an unexpected trip coming up. For flights within Schengen - in this case Luxembourg to Lisbon, and back - do airlines require a certain amount of time left on your passport? Or is it only necessary that it hasn't expired yet? It won't have expired by the time I'm flying back. I'm a legal resident in France with an Indian passport, if it makes any difference.

The only other document I might be able to use is a French Residency permit valid for until 2026- does Ryan air accept these as proof of ID for purposes of boarding a flight?

Having been intrested in the non creative side kf the fasion industry. Would it be better to a Masters in Mangament and then try my chances at getting into fashion or would a Masters in Fashion Management do better in getting me there.

GMAT online vs GMAT in person??

General Question :snoo_thoughtful:

I am curious as to what are the advantages of taking the GMAT online. I have heard that we could send the score to any number of universities without any additional cost, Is that true?? Also are there any cons for taking the test online.
