I was looking through literature on South African gymnastics when I came across an article about factors associated with Achilles tendon rupture in women's college gymnastics. Basically a rant. Just had an interview with a seafood company. The job description was pretty vague and made it sound like it was mostly working with the animals but no lol apparently its mostly shipping and packaging. They are so short staffed sometimes that they make people (like the desk jobs) drive an industrial truck (and no mention of any special licenses or anything that you would definitely need to drive that sort of vehicle). And then the actual interview was a group one where of course the people with the most experience get immediately called back and the rest kicked out. The job description said no experience necessary but nope.

It is pretty large and has 2 cylinders where you can pull down and shorten the lamp. There is a mark that says English duplex and we think it is brass/bronze. We think it is pretty old but not sure. I have tried google lens but no luck.

I read it in about 2012(ish). It had a purple cover. I think the main character was a teenage girl who traveled with a circus or caravan. People had wings (insect wings I think) and I remember a friend of the main character being unusual because she was the only person in her family to have monarch wings. I think the MC had dragonfly wings (but I could be wrong). The story took place in a forest town/city and I think the MC was originally from the area (?). I remember it being a fantasy with maybe some crime solving elements. I do not remember much about the book so I would appreciate some suggestions or ideas (I have already searched this sub and done googling/reddit searches).

This class has been ROUGH, probably the hardest class I’ve ever taken (and I’m a senior!) since it just didn’t click at all for me. I have an exam in literally 50 minutes and I’m not confident about it but as long as I get like even a 50% I’ll get a C and that is good enough lmao. It will also be the lowest grade I’ve gotten in a course so far but passing is passing and that is all that matters. Just soooooo glad to be done omg.

I’m thinking about taking berberine as an appetite suppressant but I’m also on Zoloft (100mg) and trazodone (50mg). Does anyone have any experience with combing berberine with either of these drugs? I’ve looked online but it looks like there’s still a lot of unanswered questions about how berberine interacts with other medications.
