I was hit with a small ball in the eye a few days ago and lost my vision, it is coming back albeit slowly and i’m now at about 80% vision but it’s quite blurry.

The eye doctor said i have bleeding in the eye and need to be basically on bed rest for a week, sitting at an angle and moving minimally so that the blood can drain from my eye and i can regain my vision and have no complications. I then can walk lightly for a week, and after 2 weeks a brisk walk and after 6 weeks back to normal with gym, running, climbing etc. I have 3 different eye drops, dexamethasone, iopidine and cyclopentalate. My pressure was measured this morning and i’m at a 23.

My question is how strict i need to be with
