Hey everyone,
I’m a developer, not an agent. I’ve been researching the real estate market and noticed a recurring theme: agents losing commissions because they can't follow up with new leads fast enough, or they have a database full of old buyers they don't have time to manually match with new listings.
Before I spend the next three months coding this out completely, I want to know from actual boots-on-the-ground agents if this is a real problem, or just a "made-up tech bro" problem.
I am testing a 4-Stage Automated Pipeline:
Stage 1: Instant Capture A buyer clicks your ad or listing. They fill out a basic form. In under 60 seconds, the system auto-sends them the property video/broch

v.redd.itHey everyone 👋
I’m currently testing a small service where I help coaches, founders, and solo creators turn their ideas into clear pitch decks / presentations that actually explain their value.
What I’ve noticed:
A lot of good coaches & founders struggle with:
- explaining their offer clearly
- messy pitch decks / Google Slides
- no clear flow for clients or investors
I’m focusing on:
- Pitch decks (investor / client-facing)
- Personal brand presentations
- Simple content systems (so your message stays consistent)
Right now, I’m not here to sell aggressively —
I’m honestly just looking to understand the real problems people face with decks & presentations.

Hey everyone,
I’ve been helping a few founders structure their ideas into simple, clean pitch decks (Canva-based).
A lot of people have the idea, but struggle with:
- explaining it clearly
- structuring slides
- keeping it simple and professional
If anyone here is working on a product or service and needs help organizing it into a clear deck, feel free to comment or DM.
Happy to share feedback or examples.
I’ve been helping a few early-stage founders clean up their pitch decks recently.
Most decks fail not because the idea is bad, but because:
- the problem isn’t clear
- the story jumps too fast
- slides are overloaded
I usually focus on:
- clear problem → solution flow
- simple visuals
- investor-friendly language
If anyone here is preparing a pitch (startup, course, service),
feel free to share what you’re struggling with.
Happy to give feedback or suggest a cleaner structure.
