I've been taking 2x150mg which is the max dose (for my country) for a few months now.

I 'think' it's helping me but I am not sure. I don't have any effects or side effects that I really notice. Good or bad.

I think my willpower has been better since, but that could be just me wishing it so much I've convinced myself.

I have a doc appointment in over a week and I don't want to just say "I don't know" when asked if bupropion is helpiing me or not.

My Questions:

Q1 Is Zyban available on medical card or not?

Q2 Is there any way a layperson like me can look up what is in short supply?

Context:

I have MDD and ADHD. Because of that, I was looking to try Bupropion (Wellbutrin/Zyban) since it helps ADHD and Depression, with low side effects. I have been on many other Antidepressants, so I wanted to try this one.

I have a medical card, so I was looking for this on a medical card.

  • Psychiatrist 1 rejected (would give no reason).
  • Psychiatrist 2 rejected (said it's not available on medical card).
  • Psychiatrist 3 rejected (said it's not available on medical card).
  • Chemist 1 said it's not available on me

The options I have are:

  • Default (GPT 3.5)
  • gpt-4-0314 (GPT 4 March 14th Snapshot)
  • gpt-4-32k (GPT 4 with 32k token limit)
  • gpt-4-32k-0314 (GPT 4 March 14th Snapshot with 32k token limit)

Can someone explain to me what the differences in snapshots mean? What is a 'token'?

I previously paid for Plus, but I didn't see much difference and I cannot afford that right now.

I am a light casual user. I don't need anything that is capable of huge work.

Which one do I choose? Thanks.

I have had Major Depressive Disorder for 6+ years now and it's not getting better. I've been seeing a lot of doctors and we have tried a lot of things. I am trying to take a log of things and put it in clear charts so that it can help these doctors come to a conclusion. I know it's complicated, so I am trying to remedy my issue quicker.

My Question: As a doctor, can you advise what information is useful to you? and in what format?

Personal Info:

  • 46M, 5'3, 165lbs
  • Official Diagnosis of ASD and ADHD (combined type)
  • Mild Asthma

Current Issues:

  • Always had a problem getting to sleep and getting out of bed once awake. Once asleep, I usually sleep very well.
  • Itching/Hist

I got a new psychiatrist. I went through my medication and he told me to change how I take them. It is now a week later and things are a LOT better. What he said is the opposite to what the previous psychiatrist said.

BEFORE:

  • 46M with ADHD, ASD, Asthma, and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD).
  • I took 150mg Venlafaxine at night for MDD. (for only a few weeks - it's a new med)
  • I take 72mg Concerta at morning for ADHD
  • I took 1 Cetirizine in morning for a heat/friction based allergy I seem to have
  • I took 3x25mg Phenergan (Promethazine HydroChloride) at night to help me sleep. (sleep problem is adhd related).

I was complaining of constant tiredness. I thought this was me just getting

It’s a simple sentence and I see it from my Netflix app a lot, but I find it difficult to say without speaking slowly and enunciating properly.

Is this also a little awkward for German speakers?

Or am I just too new at German and not ysed to the sounds?

Or is it because my first language is English and we don’t have many similar sound combinations?

I was listening to Michel Thomas German and he constantly corrects the students on words like Jetzt. I know many here say pronunciation isn’t as important as many learning sources say, but I’d still like to get into the habit for some common words at least. I did this in Chinese and it’s probably why I can say 热 (re -> hot) which is a weird co

I have been on Concerta for the past 6 Months or so and I notice I rarely stim anymore.

I’m wondering if it’s the depression, or the medication. Medication makes sense in my head because my brain is getting enough stimulation without me having to ‘stim’.

I kinda miss stimming, as weird as that sounds.

Anyone else?

I use Vivaldi because of workspaces and the ability to hibernate all background tabs. If you want to know how to set this up, I put my setup at the bottom.

My Problem:

  • When I reboot Vivaldi, all the tabs are lost if I didn't save it as a session.
  • If I reopen my pages from history, it opens all tabs in the main workspace and it is a pain to send them all to the relevant workspaces.

My Questions:

  • Is there a way to auto-save session every interval?
  • Is there another browser that does something similar to this?
  • Is there something I'm not aware of in Vivaldi that can fix this issue?

Thanks for anyone who can help!

By Free I mean...

  • You need to sign up a free account
  • You can rent books for 1 hour or 14 days in some cases.

This is perfect for learning German as you can flick through books in the level that you are at.
