So I'm trying to setup streaming via Apollo to my Steamdeck (moonlight) but I'm having trouble getting the virtual display to work. I've enabled Headless in audio/visual, and have verified that SudoVDA driver is ready and is in the device list, however when a stream is started the troubleshooting log notes that virtual display creation fails and the game appears on the physical monitor, and in the monitors list I can only see my main physical monitor.

Is there anything I can try? I've uninstalled and re-installed Apollo once already.

Below is the output of troubleshoot logs:

[2025-02-27 00:25:11.568]: Info: Display mode for client [Steam Deck] requested to [1280x800x60] [2025-02-27 00:25

Hi All, I have limited apartment space so was looking to buy a combined toaster oven and air fryer, and was looking forward to buying the Smart Oven Air Fryer this Black Friday.

I've come across the "Breville All In One Compact Air Fryer Oven" which seems to be cheaper and even has more volume (24L vs 22L) than the Smart Oven Air Fryer, so I'm not sure what the benefit of the Smart Oven Air Fryer has anymore.

Does anybody have experience with the All In One Compact at all that can comment?

Best SBC Device for kids?

Recommend a Device

Looking ahead to Christmas presents already... Was thinking of buying the kids (10 and 12 YO) a SBC emulation device for them to be able to experience some quality older games. They already play on the Switch (Pokemon, Minecraft Dungeons, Unicorn Story), so aren't strangers to controls and games, but I don't want them to miss out on the golden SNES or GBA games either!

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

A classic question - but most responses I've seen have the Base2+Bonus to be equal or close to Base1 where its an obvious answer...

I have an offer at the same company for 170K with 10% bonus OR 175K with no bonus. So the on bonus earnings is decently higher than just base. edit to add: The thing is, this is a scale up and they don't have any bonus structure in place yet, so my manager would have to figure out an agreeable bonus structure.

Any thoughts?

edit: in the country I live in, bonus is taxed as income

Hi There, NSW Employee here. The bonus cycle for my company is Jan-Dec with payment in mid-Feb. It is a discretionary bonus and also states that you have to be 'employed' at the date of bonus payment to be eligible.

Edit: Thanks everyone for your quick responses - I really appreciate it! Seems like a bad idea to resign before receiving the bonus

Does serving your notice period count as being employed - if I put in my 4w notice 3w before payment, would I legally be entitled to my bonus?
