I've sat alot since I first got my PC when I was 12. Since then I've got anterior pelvic tilt alongside forward head posture.

But I've noticed that I walk with my feet pointing outwards, and the top of my legs go outwards quite a bit, making an hourglass figure. I also struggle with walking and balance, and am a male, which makes being independent harder.

  1. Bedtime ritual: In a world of rushing about, just an hour of reading before bed can signal to your body that you're ready to fall asleep. Absolutely anything you find interesting.

  2. Stretch in bed: I realized that part of my insomnia was panicking about not being able to sleep, and I resorted to a fetal position. However stretching out seems to be best.

  3. Breathing through your diaphragm: You have a biological plastic bag inside of you, so prevent panic attacks by using it, just like in trumpet class.

  4. Be still: Sometimes when we get anxious we make anxious movements to try and signal others, however these movements simply reinforce the feeling of anxiety, so hold your feet and ent

r/Anxiety•

Most anxious people try to find excitement in situations, but it turns to anxiety. If you put an anxious person in a room with a normal person, after a while the anxious person will probably freak out by not making conversation, wherefore the other person merely thinks about his goal for that day.

Don't strive to make every moment feel good, otherwise you will end up resorting to drugs as you fail to please everyone and everything. Focus on meaningful goals and relationships, and good education will follow suite as you strive to leave a meaningful legacy behind.

Ever since I was young, I would wonder what would happen if I, for example, among many other things got up and started shouting in a church service for no reason. Eventually as I got older it turned into, "What if I acted gay?" And, "What if I just stopped mid sentence?"

These thoughts are intrusive and actually affecting my ability to focus on work, switching my focus internally. They are always extremely elaborate and imaginative.

I was forced to go to school from previously being homeschooled, up until I turned fourteen. Since my mom had started working full-time, she wasn't able to teach me, and all my friends had moved away to boarding schools and other countries.

I became dependent on playing video games and anime when she was trying to enroll me into a virtual school, but after a while of virtual schooling she put me in public schooling. This stressed me out so much as I was terrified I wouldn't fit in, though I managed to cope by pretending I was in a anime. At first I seemed fairly normal, but eventually I started breaking down as I started missing deadlines and homework. I decided to restart a year over again

PLEASE READ IN IT'S ENTIRETY

I really want to go on a plant based diet, but my dad is in denial of the fact that healthcare and food corporations profit off disease.

I've shown him countless health experts, for example, Dr Neal Barnard and John McDougall. He has even looked at it himself with my mom but they are in denial about it, as it's all "in God's hands." I am a protestant too, but I believe God gave us a body we need to look after as we were created in his image.

I walk like a perverse gay man, even though I am a 17 year old that was raised in a conservative and christian home, while homeschooling. I was growing up around all the gay marriage thing, and it made me especially aware of sexuality. I was also a mothers boy even though I always hung out with my friends who were either younger or older than me. (My dad was always working.)

I grew up alongside 2 older sisters, which kind of made me an odd one out, and my mom always shared stories about her vulnerability growing up as a teenage girl in a poor part of South Africa. I eventually got into pornography, thanks to a really good feeling pre-mature orgasm, (In the middle of a church service mind yo

r/NoFap•

I've seen most people try NoFap on and off and eventually give it up, since they have such a strong connection to pornography. They ignore the neurology of NoFap. You always will have that connection to porn and it will occasionally trip you up when you start out, but like a video game you can master NoFap and build other stronger reward connections.

It's like getting better at a video game, it's impossible to fail the first few times, but as you get better you fail less. This is because you've linked neural pathways to respond to getting a high level item and such.

So it's hot in England recently and I was on an 11 day streak, at most I am use to 7 day streaks, I have recently been making progress. Problem is, I got sick and hot weather sprung up making me feel hornier, hot weather is extremely rare in England, but oh well... I wanted to do stuff today, especially as it's just the beginning of summer holidays, but I guess my predicament told me otherwise.

How do I avoid these awful conditions, leading me to relapse?
