Lower your bf%.
Count your weekly calories and then slowly lower your caloric intake by 250 per week until you start losing 500g of body weight most weeks.
As soon as you start losing 500g per week, maintain your diet. Raise it a bit if you lose more than 500g, lower a bit if you lose less.
Continue until you're around 15% bf. (don't go lower at your age)
Then, you will understand that Bruce lee was not only lean but also muscular. At that point you can come again and ask about clean bulking. When you do so, state your bf% in the post, so people know you have already learned to control your nutrition.
Whatever you do, be sure to STAY AWAY from barbells. The instant you touch a barbell you will turn into one big overgrown muscle.
My sister made that mistake 3 years ago. She's still doing cardio to this day trying to get rid of those gains.
bruce lee is fucking jacked what are you on m8
I didn't say that he was fat, I said I didn't want to become bulky. I want to become muscular with a low body fat percentage.
youre not going to accidentally become bulky.
you're gonna have to lift heavy ass weights just like the meatheads do and youre probably gonna have to do bulk and cut cycles or look into a recomp but thats a whole nother can of worms.
basically theres no magical path to becoming bruce lee and if you try and cut like a mofo and lift weights youll gain some muscle mass due to noobie gains but youll realize youre nowhere near where you want to be and youll end up having to bulk anyway.
but I don't want to become one big overgrown muscle.
Lol I hate comments like this. As if it's that easy.
8% bf for Bruce Lee. I think your also underestimating Bruce Lee as well. He lifted heavy and was dedicated 100%. You will not accidentaly become big.
What body fat would you guys recommend to get a body like Bruce Lee?
Fairly low and have very little muscle.
very little muscle
? ... I know he's not huge, but I wouldn't say Bruce Lee has "very little muscle".
