Just picking the hero up, obviously bounty runes are going to impact item timings massively but what are the general timings I should try to reach?

My PC runs fine when there is a single 8GB of ram in the left socket but when I try and add a second to or run a single in the right socket my GPU fan spins in 2-3 second intervals. Not sure where the fault would be.

GTX 970

Intel Core i7-4770 CPU @3.40 GHz

Using two monitors if that would have any impact I dont know

The only reasons that I could find any evidence on were that the Allies wanted access to the oil fields, were the leaders of Iran unwilling to trade with the Allies? I dont understand why diverting parts of the military to attack another nation would be worth it given the other fronts open at the time.
