I noticed in the care home when she was being adopted that the teacher cut her off when Alma commented about how old she had just turned. Did the care home lie about her age to make her seem younger and more appealing to adopt?

Maybe because my daughter is a similar age, but I’m so haunted by the faceless little girl and how she come to be stuck in Bly Manor.

I’m particularly haunted by the brief view of her sitting on the floor with her hands over her knees, like she was lonely, or waiting... and am strangely happy she was able to play with some dollies and a dolls house at one point.

Anyone else?
