Hey all.

I have been a long time admirer of this subreddit, and about a year and a half ago, I created my own little blog, dedicated to my own naked progress.

The feedback I received was surprisingly supportive, and I think it helped me through some really tough times.

So, long story short, I have put together a social networking site that tries to capture the essence of r/nakedprogress. Nudity is allowed, but not required. The whole point of the site is to allow people to support and help each other with no

I read somewhere that the ultimate source of omega 3s is plants. Even fish like salmon get their "essential" omega 3s by ingesting sources like algae.

How true is this?

I've come across a few interesting tidbits of information over the past few days.

The US special forces openly engaged in Africa and have been for a number of years. US Navy SEALS and Army's Delta Force are "fighting ISIS and Al Qaeda" in Niger, Nigeria, Cameroon, Yemen, Somalia, etc. They are also helping the anti-poaching effort.

But what about the "regional deputy" called Australia? If there is one thing we know from the past 50 years, when the US is in a war or military operations then Australia wants to join in.

This report is the best I coul

So I like long walks in the neighbourhood & always need to pee after 30 mins. Its got to the stage that I walk at night or run behind the bushes in parks (not a good look). I'm over 50. Anyone else with a similar problem or a possible solution.

Saw this post, now trying to get a math model

Assume a person can be modelled as a cylinder. Assume they are losing weight at a constant rate, derive an equation for their radius.

We can ignore the 3 dimensional case assuming the cylinder has constant density, just solve for 2 dimensions.

Assume people have a radius R and cross-section, weight W will be proportional to cross section. Assume the lose L kg/week

W = k pi R^2 (Eqn1) (k is constant of proportionality.)

dW/dt = -L (Eqn2)

We want to solve for dr/dt ie how fast is radius decreasing when weight is decreasing.

We want to find

My 1997 Camry (had it for 3 years) has developed a fault where I feel like I'm on a rocking boat in high seas!

At any speed when I release the steering wheel, it veers to the left and steering wheel spontaneously turns counter-clockwise. At low speeds, you can feel a definite left/right rocking motion, and the steering wheel rocks left/right with a bias to turning counter-clockwise. The rocking motion is twice per second at low speed, so I not sure if its tyre problem. At higher speeds it feels like a rocking boat.

I've checked the type pressure & run my hand around the tyres, all good.

Recent maintenance was to take off each wheel, inspect each wheel, & spray WD-40 in the wheel
