Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a small, clean-looking triangle frame bag for my gravel bike.

What I’m looking for:
Preferably grey / anthracite
Triangle/wedge style inside the frame
As small and minimalistic as possible
Mainly for phone, wallet and keys
High-quality / premium brand preferred

Should look clean on a modern gravel bike — I don’t want a large bikepacking bag
I’ve looked at brands like Apidura, Restrap, Tailfin, etc., but most bags seem either too large or are only available in black.
Any recommendations for a small grey triangle frame bag?

I’m currently on 0.5 mg Wegovy and things seem to be going reasonably well so far. Appetite is reduced, side effects are manageable, and I’m losing weight at a steady pace.

I’m trying to understand why and when people move up to the next dose. My doctor will likely follow the standard titration schedule, but I’m curious about the practical reasons behind increasing the dose.

What were the signs that 0.5 mg was no longer enough for you?

Did you notice appetite suppression wearing off?
Did your weight loss stall?

Were there benefits to moving up that you didn’t get at 0.5 mg?

Is there any reason to stay on 0.5 mg longer if it’s still working?

I’m 34 years old and dealing with a receding hairline and some thinning at the crown.

My current routine is:
Oral Finasteride 1 mg every other day (average 0.5 mg/day)
Topical Finasteride spray: 2 sprays every other day on affected areas
Topical Minoxidil: every day
Dutasteride: not using it yet, just keeping it as a backup

I started oral Finasteride in December 2025. The topical Finasteride and Minoxidil were added later.
My idea was to keep the oral Finasteride dose relatively low while adding a small amount of topical Finasteride and using Minoxidil daily.

A few questions:
Does this protocol make sense, or am I overcomplicating things?

Had a hair transplant in December 2026 and have been taking 1 mg finasteride orally every other day since then.

Overall, my hair keeps improving, but I still occasionally notice a few hairs on my pillow or after showering. Nothing excessive, just individual hairs here and there.

Recently, I went down the hair-loss rabbit hole and added topical minoxidil. I also got a prescription for topical finasteride and have dutasteride at home, although I’m not currently using it.

Now I’m wondering if I’m overcomplicating things and potentially combining too many treatments without a clear reason.

My goal is actually to use the minimum effective treatment and only increase if necessary. I’m also not

hab folgende Problem:

Ich würde gerne eine größere Wegovy Dosis bestellen (Zava) bekomme dort aber nur meine aktuelle Dosis 1 mg.

Wenn ich jetzt eine größere will blockiert der Arzt. Ebenso wenn ich später an die größere Dosis ran kommen und längere Zeit nicht bestelle, muss von auf die kleinen Dosis runter wieder.

Super nervig, mir reichen 0,5 mg Wirkstoff und würde durchs klicken gern etwas Geld sparen.

are there any people here from Germany who have experience with ready-to-use peptide pens?
I mean the pre-mixed / prefilled pens where you don’t have to reconstitute or mix anything yourself.
I’m mainly interested in:

I transferred my IOTEX from Crypto.com to Coinbase and it is not showing up in the coinbase account. Iotex explorer shows the status as Success. When I search in explorer with the coinbase wallet address the transaction appears with Nonce: 0, pending nonce:1, actions: 1. does this mean that the transaction is still waiting to be completed?
