I'm a PA and still have my paramedic. I need to spend some CME money and want to do a good online paramedic refresher and/or critical care class. I could use a good review. Are any better than the others? I'm currently looking at Distance CME.

It's a frozen slip and slide out here. I'm not looking to invade Greenland, but I do need to be able to make it up a patient's icy mountain driveway hands free and upright. If anyone has any recommendations for slip on/clip on crampons that go over hiking boots/EMS boots I'd appreciate it. Be safe and stay warm.

If you are making a morale shirt/hoodie for a battalion that also wanted to show it's brigade affiliation, is there any formal guidance on putting which design goes on the front vs back?

Any suggestions for in stock FR M81 uniforms?

I am trying to help a fellow PA get a used CLS/aidbag for an upcoming motorcycle trip and general duties as a volunteer firefighter/medical officer. Any suggestions or deals? I'm partial to used gear as that is what I'm familiar with as a former 68W, like M9, STOMP 2, etc. He's a retired Marine so it would make me happy where my soul should be to see him with an ancient ACU M9, I just haven't seen a good deal in a while.

I'm looking to buy a used airbag for a colleague of mine for a large/long motorcycle trip. Mainly trauma +/- some sick call stuff. I know some of you have a tuff box of stuff you took home from Iraq in 2010 and don't have a use for anymore. I'm looking for cheap/free TCCC training supplies to take on a trip. Looking for all your old busted up stuff, military discount, etc. I plan to use it until it breaks and then maybe a bit more. 10 year old NCDs that'll break off in a patient- I'll take it. Chest seals that you don't think will stick but a student can use to demonstrate putting it on- send it. TQ with dust from 2010 that you don't trust your life to because you shouldn't? I'm looking to get good value to cost chest rig or Minuteman setup for my neighbor who's new to the game. I'd like to be able to hold 3-4 AR mags, 2 pistol mags, an IFAK, maybe an admin pouch/flashlight, etc. I'm not sure interested in Amazon specials but I'm not looking to go to Afghanistan with it either. The airlines lost my duffles coming in from overseas. I need a medium to large aidbag that ships RTFN. I am replacing a Utactic medium bag that was about $300 if I did the conversion right. Its about the same size as the Mystery Ranch RATS. I can argue for more because I'm headed out on a deployment right now and need an immediate replacement. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Help me spend the airline's money.
