My last A1C was 5.6! The doc says if I keep it up I'll be firmly pre-diabetic.

RAMBO Last blood is a pretty good movie with huge meme potential. No spoilers.

The critics hate old school action movies apparently due "toxic masculinity". Get over it, last blood has a classic Rambo feel combined with strong family values even if presented in an unorthodox way. Stop trying to inject your politics into reviews and get extra butter on your popcorn. It's just a movie folks.

Why do my sunflowers look like extras in a horror movie? Some of my flowers came out looking like this and others split and many many small flower heads. I've had good luck harvesting seeds before that this has been a challenging weather year. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I promised my diet one cookie after dinner (size doesn't matter). Milk, white, and dark chocolate chip cookies. Customized with a little extra sugar & touch of rum extract for a butterscotch finish. The recipe was on the chip bag.
