Just looking for a bit of advice / what's the norm across the industry. We are a very small team contracted to work 9-5 Monday to Friday. Our company is looking to implement an official out of hours process and therefore amend our contracts. Should I be asking for an "on call" fee and also hourly pay ( what would be the minimum time charged?) If I'm actually required to work?

Just wondering if anyone has noticed this behaviour on hiveos.

I have been mining on ethermine using windows and hiveos ( same miner, trex) and hiveos seems to be causing a high number of stale shares well above 1% ( on windows I get below 0.5%)

I have also run the same miner on hiveos using their pool hiveon and suprise surprise I hardly get any stale shares... It looks like something strange is going on with hiveos when you are not using their mining pool?

Is there an easy way to find out the number of stale shares over the last 24 hours on ethermine? The dashboard only gives you the last 1 hour which is not very very uself when trying to compare it with another pool

Hi! Is this cable cooler master shop compatible with mwe v2 series? The description says it isn't compatible with mwe but the this cable pin layout seems to be the same as the mwe v2. I'm wondering if the description is meant to be for older mwe versions and not the newest V2.

Hey, hopefully someone can help. I have recently bought the above psu ( https://www.scan.co.uk/products/750w-cooler-master-mwe-80-plus-gold-fully-modular-psu-single-rail-625a-plus12v-black-atx-psu ) and was looking for extra / custom 8 pin to 6+2 x 2 cables. There are a few in coolermaster EU shop but they all say that they aren't compatible with mew series
