I'm watching episode 135; this is my 16th time rewatching the series. Amazon should already know if I like it or not. Who is doing the data science for these people?
I like to start my day watching local news, and I've been watching WCCO early mornings for years now. They recently hired a new Weather-child. And I don't care for him; I do not feel I'm getting a quality weather forecast from him. With winter coming soon, a good weather forecast is essential.
Does anyone have any local news streaming options they could recommend (with a good weather-person)? Subscription or free, either is fine.
Let me be clear; it's my opinion that WCCO's early morning weather isn't good. He may turn out to be an excellent forecaster over time.
Are there any local farms where I can buy duck eggs for cooking? I know I can get them at Harmony, but I'd like to buy from a local farm if possible.
I am trying to track down honey from bees that primarily pollinated onion fields/farms. Does anyone have any leads or ideas for finding this?

is on this weeks Quantum Leap. That is all, no spoilers.
I've made u/insaneinthebrine Lacto-Fermented Mustard, aka Pineapple Mustard before, and I'm about to make it again. But I started wondering what would happen if I were to toast the mustard seeds? Can I even toast the seeds for a ferment? If I can toast seeds for a ferment, what's the best method to toast 2.5 cups of seeds?
