We always listen to you, and we are aware of the complaints on the state of received EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3080 Special Edition water blocks. Of course, we decided to address the issue as soon as possible.

We wanted to improve the unboxing experience of such a premium product as the EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3080 Special Edition GPU water block. Unfortunately, the top protective foam we used and the position of mounting accessories caused the scratching of the acrylic top during transport.
