Hello, at my check up today this was brought up. Who is taking andnwhat changes have you noticed? Estrogen a bit high always and SHBG low but that's probably from too much HGH oops, guess it all has trade offs. Thanks

Hello, hola, how are you? I can't justify $75 again for the worst tech and broadcasting known to man. How are the streams looking because I am currently finding 0. Thank you, gracias, Grazie mille
Good day, i was quoted 18,5 for drainless tummy tuck by arguably the "best" plastic surgeon in the area. Apparently if you pay cash this price may drop. Having looked into these for years, I was still stunned at this price. Has anyone had tummy tuck with no drains and can compare rough costs. This doesn't have me springing for Mexico, but It also doesn't encourage me a whole ton to continue in this arena bc that is 50% more than I was thinking. I've also looked into Miami and competitive areas versus MN and it is significantly less. Thanks for any input.
I've recently made huge strides in my speaking and thinking in español and wanted to share to see if it is helpful. I also wanted to see what others have experienced and incorporate useful tricks. Currently, I would estimate at 80% fluent speaking and 90% in listening which is good bc it leaves room to improve.
For me, realizing in the USA we learn wrote question/Answer formatting which is highly situational and mechanistic. It is of very little help bc you AREN'T LISTENING, you are waiting for your turn to respond and hoping they answered in a typical format. By dropping all modes of usual conversation, you begin to speak and think how you would in English (native tongue). This is for mor

Has anyone used her premium membership through the website, or joined the YT channel? I find her amazing at teaching and remarkable to follow. I'm curious at $20 to $40/mo. If it is worth it versus how much free content on YT she has. Gracias.
I'm a new dad (25mos) I did my black belt as a kid age 10-14 in Tae Kwon Do and moved to boxing and bodybuilding. It was great discipline, structure, skills, and hell 27yrs later I still stretch daily. But, it's not "the best" and I feel lulls the even younger kids back then into false security of actually being able to defend. It's so broad in its appeal and they start so young however that they're used to this age group. I'm wondering if this is the best way to start the child at 3 or 4 and move to wushu/kung fu or possibly even bjj. I'm very open to ideas from moms and dads here. Thank you for insights.
As an aside, I posted this in wushu and kung fu subs as well. I'm leaning towards bj

Good day, I love my ultra carry judge. I fully get the novelty and gimmicky BS, it's def not for everyone but for farm stuff, carry, life etc it's been great for me. That being said, I'm about to buy a 2nd one for FT car&dog walking duty, but I'm open to ideas bc having owned lil Derringers not in 410/45 and having some small but not keltec small 380s I'm at a bit of a loss here what's the "best" options or what you all have come across as your go to for 2 to 5 mile hikes daily. I guess another aside is this is usually in shorts this time of year and full frame anything leaves a lot to be desired. TIA
I've lost faith in stability of structures like most of us have. So, I ran a test no one else to my knowledge has, and started a 6month trial with full freezer and tirzepatide. I'm not diabetic nor overweight, but the properties and use of these meds can't be ignored for us. With diligent tracking of macros and total intake, I've consumed less than what I'd eat through in 3 months usually. Wt, biomarkers, exercise output all improved and in perfect range. So, not to jump the gun but I'm seeing a stockpile of 2-4yrs of this being essential to outlasting whatever collapses ensue. Fortunately I have several outlets for stockpiling. Ntm it's highly tradeable nature when people do need these meds
How do you use your smoker for days or week long meal prep? Ideally I'm looking for "crock pot" style ideas where I can set and forget it and graze throughout the day or have a few days stored up (briskets, roasts etc) thanks
I've been using Kratom for about 5mos. Moved from powders and shots to gummies pretty quickly for many reasons. However, the 50 Mitrangia gummies are great, but I find myself taking 3 to 6 in a day sometimes. Is this considered way too much, or what levels should I be playing with? Thanks
