Hypothetical scenario:

I am a survivor with Iron Will. I have been hit once and the killer has Strider.

As a survivor, do I hear my own grunts of pain when a killer runs this perk? Does the killer having strider make me hear my own grunts and essentially negate Iron Will?

When you get busted how would you be judged in trail for A) Blatantly selling cannabis yet, B) Gave 100% to the communities in desperate need?
