I’m running into an issue where the pivot tables I create aren’t showing sub totals or grand totals when fields are placed into the ROWS section. Maybe I missed some sort of update but typically when you have a number field pivot tables create subtotals at the bottom or top of the without needing to duplicate that field in the values section and grand totals and the end, right?

I’ve attached an example spreadsheet showing the issue, the data is there and this is a brand new blank spreadsheet without any changes to formatting, all numbers are in “general” format.

Is there some sort of setting that I accidentally shortcutted to break pivot subtotal calculations?

Hi,

I’m hoping to get some help with data validation with specific to pop-up instructions/notifications to comment.

Example:

Status	ID	Project	Comments
Bad	x	x
Medium	x	x
Good	x	x

If I have a spreadsheet where the status section is already set to data validation from a list, is there a way for me to let people know (via pop-up or other notification) that comments are required if they’ve selected a certain item from the list and the comment section is blank?

E.g. if the status they select is good, no comment is required, no pop-up/notification. If status is medium or bad, comment is required, user is notified.

Hello!

Hoping to get some help with my new used hot tub. It is a Phoenix Spa model number PHX05. I had it connected by an electrician and it looked like it was up and running (jets, blowers, heating up all good) so I ran a system flush to clean it out, drained it, and filled it back up.

After filling up and reconnecting the power it turned back on, blowers and everything working, and I left it to heat up. I came back to check after about an hour and the blowers were off, it still seemed to be heating up, but the panel kept cycling through the temperature.
