Ok, so for context I got this computer about a year ago. It has a 1080ti i7 7700k, was generally a pretty good deal. No major issues for the rest of the year.

I had it unplugged from the wall and turned off for about two months and now it won't boot. Case fans aren't spinning and water cooling isn't starting. Mobo and GPU have standby LEDs on indicating the 5v of power and power button has no effect. I had recently dusted the computer with compressed air

So in one of the campaigns I'm playing in I've acquired a Mothman Memento and it says that "A creature that dies from the nightmare effect rises as a mothman the next morning."

Assuming I died to the nightmare effect and "rose as a mothman", what stats would I inherit/what wouldn't I? Would I be able to use the spell-like abilities of a mothman? What about skills, feats, other abilities, etc? I'm not quite sure where to start with this. I know I'd probably inherit physical ability stats at the very least, but other than that it's pretty murky territory.

What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.

The end goal here is to have a PC that is at or above console performance. I'm an avid gamer and would like to be able to play Skyrim, Blizzard's new and upcoming release Overwatch, Sims 4 and newer~ titles at good framerates with decent settings.

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes? $400 USD, might be able to stretch a little bit. Definitely make sure it's before rebates though if possible.

**When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when

Blizzard is most likely not going to charge for heroes past the first 21, and they have stated that they want everyone to have access to every hero. It is an advertisement for a product, and of course they are going to fucking announce the amount of player characters available on launch. There is NOTHING to indicate Blizz plans on charging for heroes. What we do know: There will be skins There might be different hero color schemes available Blizzard does not want to charge for heroes and that is not their plan

You're causing a fuss over a possible misinterpretation of and advertisement.
