Greetings gents and gentettes,

I just started BJJ and am loving it! I have a couple of questions. 1.) I got these weird ass papercut looking marks on my groin/inner thigh from my cup. Has anyone had this? What is it and how long should I let it heal before jumping back on the mat? 2.) My quads are obliterated. I stretched beforehand. Any tips on reducing this as I get acclimated would be appreciated.

Does Bellator have a go app? Or spike, I guess. I can only find a shitty Bellator app that has no streaming on it.

I was checking out the UFC's site and was looking at upcoming events. I got to this Fox card and the prelims are listed as Fox as well:

I am assuming this is confirmed but has anyone heard otherwise? That is pretty awesome if correct.

I am moving to DFW in a few months and am wondering if anyone trains in the area? Looking to find a good gym at a reasonable price.

Sorry if a repost, did a quick search on google and this subreddit but didn't see any posts. Does anyone know why there has been no announcement for the August games for the US?

I have been working out the last few weeks and I am really starting to see marked improvement. I have tried googling to see how my progress is coming along but I can't really find a general consensus. I have been running 2.4 miles in 15 mins consistently, how good is a time like this? Thanks in advance and apologies for my ignorance.

Greeting fellow r/mma'ers; I'm a bit ignorant on vitamins/supplements to take while training. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am completely in love at this point, but it was the episode "Hush" that has drawn me out of my hovel to come tell reddit about this love. That episode was nothing short of perfection. I really can't think of any horror film over the last decade that was as good as that. I am stepping down from the soapbox now, thank you.

I have heard a lot of people mention the show needs a reboot, and it is stale at this point. It got me thinking and I think the UFC should scrap the reality tv formula they currently have and they should integrate a grand prix for entry into the UFC. I think they could do multiple grand prix a year for the multiple division. I think it would build a natural excitement that people would want to watch, and would not be overshadowed by douchery and fragile egos.

What say you r/mma?

Hey Fellas and Ladies,

I am looking for some input on conducting some betting MMA. I have scouted out some sites, and just wanted to hear some feedback from you all. I am very ignorant to this. I was looking at mmabetting.com and they had a few different sites. It looked like betonline had the better odds for the fight I am looking to wager on. Has anyone used this site before? And as I said I am ignorant to all of this. How does paying typically work? Paypal or credit card? Is their a minimum amount you have to place? I appreciate any insight.

Thank you all, happy tidings and what-not.
