Dealer says it's supposed to arrive between the 9th and 21rst of April 2024. What's another 6 month wait after waiting 18 months already. Just happy to have a confirmed delivery date.

Dish arrive a while ago, this is our fist attempt to set it up. We are located some what remote (6 miles up a lake with boat only access), however our neighbour 2 lots down has a round dish as well and his works great.

Really wanted a Marlin 1895SBL in 45-70 for a number of reasons. Went to my LGS to fondle one. As soon as it was handed over and I shouldered it, the salesman said something to the extent of "it's way to small of a rifle for you". I'm 6'3 so my arm span is a bit over 6 feet total. I did feel like I had to choke up on the rifle a bit, but to be honest I did not feel it was any different than anything else i've shouldered.

It's possible that all other guns i've shouldered have been too short.

I've looked around for some aftermarket stocks to maybe lengthen in, but so far have not been able to find anything.

Long story short, I know of someone who has taken their pal but has yet to submit their paperwork, that I have genuine concerns over. Their plan was to get their PAL and eventually their RPAL in the hopes of eventually getting a job in law enforcement (this too is of great concern).

He has recently completed his pal, but has yet to submit his paperwork to the CFO. He was arrested a few weeks ago on "mischief" because he had an episode where he blacked out and punched some holes in the walls of his fiance's parent's home. He was violent, and would not leave despite being told to do some many times. He does not remember it happening at all.

Last Friday my SO and I split up because she thought I was kidding for 3.5 years that I did not want kids, turns out I was not kidding.

I suffer from anxiety from PTSD (was witness to a fatal shooting where I was shot at), just thinking about having children gives me anxiety.

I guess there was no other real option after having been given the ultimatum of "if you can't decide to have children we are going to break up".
