I have I quote from a local landscaping company to dig a 50' trench and install a catch basin and 50' of corrugated pipe.

They quoted me $960 for the job. I am supplying all of the materials, so they are essentially just providing labor (using a trencher and not hand digging except around a single gas line).

Do y'all think this is a reasonable rate? Located in East Tennessee.

Last night my modem started alternating between flashing green and orange every few minutes, and there is no internet.

I have tried restarting the modem by unplugging it, but nothing changes.

Can someone help me? I need the internet back on soon for my work.

I have had an Xfinity home internet package for several years now. It has been $59 per month for most of that time.

Last night, I tried to add on the unlimited data add-on for my home internet, which is $30 per month. I got a confirmation screen with an order number, but I was never sent a confirmation email about it and nothing ever changed on my account or app.

I now have two different numbers for my estimated upcoming bill ($116 from an e

Does anyone have a recommendation for a company that can install a simple French drain line and a separate drain line with a catch basin? Looking for someone that can do it right the first time so I don’t have to replace it in a few years.

I’m out in Oak Ridge, but I figured I would ask here. Thank you!

I am trying to install my Ecobee 3 lite thermostat and I have a few wires I'm not sure about.

I have a system with a gas furnace and a heat pump.

First question:

I have two wires (white and tan) going into the W2-AuxE channel and a black wire that is not connected at the thermostat (picture 1).

When I open the furnace to see where the wires are going, I found the tan one disconnected and the black wire connected to the W2 port (picture 2).

Essentially, both tan and black wires are disconnected and the white wire is connected to the W1 port in the furnace.

Now, for a heat pump system the port on the thermostat says AuxE, but the Ecobee does not have an AuxE port, only a W2 port. S
