Dear fellow decaffer, I hope I can get your opinion on my current experience with reducing my caffeine intake:

Background / Routine

I have tampered with going decaf for a few years now but never managed to get it going for more than a month. I have been motivated to try again, seeking to reduce anxiety and avoid the dopamine roller coaster - I also just don't like the idea of being dependent on it, as I'm sure you can relate.

For whatever reason I decided on a tactic of drinking caffeine M-W-F, and none on the weekends. Each week I have been gradually reducing the amount of caffeine I drink on these days - roughly one tablespoon less of ground, with 5 being the starting dose. I hope t

Hi all!

Does anyone have recommendations for a guitar teacher in the area? I have done the customary Google search but its cluttered with big box music lesson companies - I'm hoping someone could point me out to "by owner" lessons or a smaller company that might not be well advertised.

I am an adult "advanced beginner" guitar player looking for help breaking into intermediate skills and getting help learning songs.

I am also interested in vocals, so a teacher able to support that as well would be a plus, but not essential.

Thanks so much!

I have had LDs before but only on accident, thanks to reading this sub I have been casually trying to trigger one again and was finally able to.

Method: Happened to wake up early - took the opportunity to try and trigger an LD with the "alarm clock, wait a bit, then go back to sleep method" I went back to sleep imagining myself doing things and this transitioned to an LD.

Did I get SP?: I get SP very easily so yes, twice during the experience. Since I was trying to LD, I ignored the (to me) very recognizable sensation and relaxed into sleep. Normally I try to wake up out of SP, which is not always easy despite having some methods.

The Experience: It was difficult to tell that

I followed recently-posted advice about keeping your eyes still to clear thoughts. I've done this for two meditation sessions today and it has produced extremely interesting results (and I'm no stranger to meditation).

I started very quiet, peaceful mindfulness for a while. Then, I go into a mode that I can only relate to lucid dreaming, where I am seeing visions and fantasies that I can steer at will.

Near the end of a 30 minute session, I was able to "relax" my mind in a way that it separated into disjointed parts, and I felt like my mind/body were just a part of the environment (like they technically are). I have a tendency to get songs/music compulsively stuck in my head, and I notice

So, obviously Marth can chain-grab off upthrow on spacies. Does Marth have any reaction chain-grab potential on characters who are forced to tech from his forward/back/down throw? There is a lot of information online about reaction tech chasing with Shiek and Captain Falcon, but I can't find anything on Marth (its always just about his upthrow). Is the lack of discussion because it is impossible or just really difficult? I would think that Marth could do this because of his long grab and dash range. The only thing else I can think of is that his throws don't put the opponent in to enough lag before the tech.

Thanks for considering :)
