Just needed to vent a bit and maybe get some advice. I've been with this Thai company for nearly 2 years, and out of nowhere, they pull me into a quick meeting to drop the bomb - today's my last day. And guess what? No severance pay, no notice period compensation, nothing.

I feel pretty naive. I've put in so much for these guys, late nights, extra work, you name it. I was really hoping they'd pay the compensation as they're supposed to by the law and the work agreement that was signed by the company.

As the title says. I've been getting enough phone numbers along with fucking awesome conversations with really attractive girls who were into me during the dialogue. It was THAT obvious. Yet the thing I currently struggle with is the space between "I just got her number" and "We are on a date". I absolutely have no problem having fun on the dates yet FFS my text/phone conversations end up in me being ghosted. Last 3 examples from this week:
