I sure am having huge lag spikes after this, fps goes 40-50 for a while, then goes back up to 150-200 fps. I do not know why it does this. does anyone have a solution to this or does anyone else occur these?

Is it normal to be traumatised by ICE? Yes, ice. I've broke 2 different bones because of ice. Now I'm scared to walk on it, and I fear it. I'd like to get rid of the trauma but I can't. Any advice?

About PPE rules, Can someone tell them ALL here? Or atleast tell me that is Trading between 2 PPE's right? My brother says the opposite. I am interested to know that is it a fact or is it fiction?
