When she made the decision to have an abortion because the child had markers for autism.

THEN proceeded to make anniversary posts of how she lost the baby and everyone liking it and giving sympathy...

Am I the asshole for ending this friendship? Losing a baby and choosing to abort it are very different.... Right?

Y'all...

Great news

I've been grieving my ex wife for two and half years ...deep sobs, screaming, depressed...the type of grief that makes you beg the universe to make it let up....

And then, on a Wednesday, it just ended. I had break through thoughts... I don't want to be with someone who would just abandon me or our relationship without a word. It hit me that I didn't even want a love like that to begin with.

If you're giving up, if you're sad, if you're depressed... I know it doesnt feel like it will ever stop, I know it feels like it'll last forever, but it can really just all change on a Wednesday 💜

I sit at work, a new job I love, but my eyes still tear up. Nothing has ever felt fulfilling in my entire life. I reflect on all of the beautiful opportunities I've had to live and love, and how every single time I've lost it. I blame myself most often. I've never seen the world the same as most of the people around me. I love too much. Care too much. Think too much. And honestly I think this is the closest I've ever been to just giving up. Living is so hard for me. Making anyone else understand has been impossible. This is the hardest part of things being hard ... Not having anyone I fully connect with or who even attempts to understand. I felt like she was my soulmate. We understood each o

I never got the chance to apologize for that night. I never got to take accountability with you. I never got to say goodbye. You disappeared. I don't blame you. I'm sorry. I hope you find these somehow and remember my heart. It's been over two years now and I still haven't moved on. I still haven't dated. I still can't stop missing you. So I just keep grieving. You were the love of my life, I wanted to say that after everything, but I just never got the chance.

I married a woman with two kids. The youngest was six months old when we met. He was almost three when we split. I keep dreaming of him. He's aging appropriately in my dreams. Hitting mile markers like rolling cars, a later dream his hair has grown out, a later dream he says I love yew in an age appropriate way, and the latest he displays appropriate gross motor for his age now((about five)). I haven't seen the kids since we split and this has of course been the most haunting part of the divorce for me. I miss them terribly, and though I wake from these dreams sad, I feel lucky to see him grow. Does anyone with kids or who helped raise kids have similar visit stories?

My bones ache for you. My skin, my mind, my soul. I know you're somewhere, like I am, just doing the best you can. I love you. I have loved you since the first time I saw you. I want to know you. Really know you. I want you to really know me. I want to tell you stories of my childhood and hear stories from when you were a child. I want to tell you of the places I've been and I want to hear all the places you still want to go. I want to take you to those places. I want time with you. I want to fold your laundry. I want to cook you food. I want Sunday mornings with you. And Saturday nights. And Monday afternoons.

Love

The way we loved beyond contiguity, in liminal crevices. The way we felt, so bona fide, without closeness. The way you met me in my fires and stayed without any grand display of my rising. Only the slow subtle contentment that seeped into my days, contentment I had prayed on my knees for. You prayed when I couldn't. I felt it. The world should remember our knowing. Of your healing, without knowing me at all.
