Hi All,

Does anyone have any therapists/clinics they can recommend for panic disorder, I've had this for 10 years, and been through a lot to try and resolve it, it's differed in severity over the years, it had me out of work for a year at one point and was utterly debilitating.

I really want to see someone who is a specialist in this, I've seen therapists before, and no offence to them but they seemed a bit 'jack of all trades'. My budget is around 100 per hour.

Thanks in advance

Hi All,

i have had had panic disoder/generalised anxiety disorder since I was 16, I am 31 now. Along the way it's been many ups and downs from unbearable, to very manageable. I have never taken medication for it (I've been prescribed SSRIs 4 times but im too scared to take it).

Anyway - fast forward to now, I feel a fair bit better and go about my daily life fairly normally. One thing I've always really struggled with is travelling, I haven't been on holiday in 2 years, and the last holiday went relatively well, the last night I struggled a lot, but I took some Diazepam I was prescribed to calm down and sleep.

So, recently, my brother and I booked a trip together, 3h trip to Portugal f

Good Afternoon All,

I don't know if I'm just being paranoid but I wanted to post here for some advice. I was tanning in my garden, and I did my front and back, when I came in my brother noticed a mark on my back. Regarding tanning my back, I've prob done a collective 1 hour over the last month in 25 degree heat. I have never burnt or stayed out in the sun for a long time. I normally lay in it for 15m or so.

I am a 31 year old male, and I live in the U.K. however, my background is Greek. This mark on my back is completely painless, and totally smooth to touch. I'm quite confident this was not there a few days ago, I've done a lot of googling and melanomas tend to look a fair bit different

Hi All, I would appreciate any help with this question. So from 23-24 HMRC assumed i'd earn a certain amount of interest that i'd pay tax on, but that money is in an ISA, so they wrote to me saying they're changing my tax code to take what they assume I owe them. This equates to about 1k being taken incorrectly. As the new tax year has now begun, they'll see i dont owe them anything on the interest I earned, and pay me back that 1k they taxed. The question is, how and when? I have the HMRC app, will it pop up there asking for my details to pay me it? Or will they tax me less on my next few salary payments etc.

Thanks in advance :)

Hi All

Quick question, could washing the probe of a meat thermometer before inserting it into the steak affect it's reading at all? Today I put it in and it read 75c, which is typically well done, and it was rare in the middle? I ran it under cold water/soap to clean it before inserting, could that cold water have affected it's reading and why it said it was so high when realistically it was about 60 in the middle?

Thanks in advance!

Hey guys, I got a question about something thats been playing on my mind for a while and I need advice...

I've been seeing this girl on and off for 5 years, it's nothing serious, she's gone away travelling for a year, 3 of those 5 she was at uni etc. So it's been very on and off...

Recently she asked me if I'd think about going more serious with her (now uni and her travels are done), I said I wasn't in that place in my life right now (which is a lie, I am, but I just dont that with her), after I said that, we saw eachother a few more times as she said she was cool with keeping it casual, it slowly fizzled out, and now we havent spoken in two months, which i'm fine with.

...The complica

What has happened with dating recently? I'd say 4-5 years ago I use to love dating, I'd be excited before going, 90% of dates I'd go on would go well, we'd go on second dates etc. I've had two relationships, a few 'mini relationships' and it all was very enjoyable, I met some great people and enjoyed the process...

Fast forward to now, everything feels different? Someone suggested we go on a date tonight, so I suggested a time/area to meet yesterday, no reply for 24h...the date was suppose to be happening ....right now lol. I mean, how rude can you get, if you don't want to go anymore, just tell me? I shaped my day around it thinking they'd message, they didnt even open the message even th
