Fabius Bile replaces any protagonist in Fallout game and has to complete major quests and probably do side quests

Hes just bare naked at the begining and has to adapt to the setting.

They say all the features will be added, but im sceptical because im not fan of paying monthly for extra features, i prefer if i bought it permanently.

So if you are subscribed to it, tell me if its permanent and if its worthy to pay it or just stick to the original free version?
