I'm playing around with my BV character on standard but the PoB number seems wrong. From testing I think it does about 500m dps which is much lower expected. What am I doing wrong in this case or have I been a bit optimistic with my PoB configuration?

Hello, two months ago I posted about a hive growing on my balcony (here). In the mean time, the hive have grown significantly larger. I still don't want to kill them but I can't have them on my balcony either so I'm planning on moving them into a box soon. There isn't any beekeeper near where I live that can help so I'm turning to reddit for advice.
The hive is located on a trellis on the 2nd floor balcony. It is quite large so I would probably need to cut it into pieces. Is there anything I should know about this to avoid damaging them? Also, after I cut the pieces out, how do I affix the

They have an excellent track record as a development team. Path of Exile is the best in it's genre. Players numbers continuously rise every league. The games keep getting more contents. All signs are positive.
However, every new league, the game is broken. Performance issues, unbalanced tuning (for both players and monsters), bots, scammer, RMT everywhere. I'm starting to find that whenever a new league comes out I'm excited to play but always end up kinda disappointed. Playing the game now feels
My RX 480 stutters a lot in both games and benchmarks, it's basically unusable in games now because it makes me feel sick. It stutters slightly with v-sync on, severely without, even when all settings are set to low. Sometimes it crash when running full load for too long like in an intensive game like GTA 5 or any benchmark I've tried (Timespy, Unigine Valley, furmark). GPU temp never exceed 70c, running at stock clock.
I wiped the drivers on my computer using DDU and reinstalled fresh drivers, this didn't work. I had also physically taken the GPU out and put it into a fresh build from a friend, installed new drivers and the problem still persisted.
