2025 Recap

Long story short, the best thing that happened last year happened before the season started when we traded for Micah Parsons, and it was all a slow fall down the mountain from there. Short story long, it was a year of ups and downs, inconsistent play and losses that were disappointing and devastating in the dumbest of ways. I feel the need to be very clear here, this team is loaded with talent, great offensive schemes, and a defense that can be really scary when it’s firing on all cylinders. I have very high hopes for what we can do in 2026. But in 2025, week after week, us Packers fans turned off the tv and thought to ourselves “we should look a lot better than that.”

I say this pretty often whenever I talk about either of these games, but Custom Robo Arena is exactly the kinda format and style that I would love for modernizing Pokemon.

I love the battles in the Custom Robo games, and I think it would fit well with the current system that Pokemon has. You should be able to change out the 4 moves that your Pokemon know once they learn them the same way you unlock new equipment. Connect those moves to the hot keys for your gun, bomb, jet pack, and rush, and you’ve created a versatile way to use moves for your Pokemon battles. The cool down per shot would change depending on the gun/move you use obviously, but allowing players to build their move sets off

As we’re about a month out, I’m curious to see what you think is the best possible outcome is for your team in the draft. While there’s always major surprise risers and fallers, I’d like to at least try and keep it realistic based off of what we’ve been seeing so far in draft big boards and mock drafts.

For me, I think the Packers needs are S, ILB, Slot CB, RB, IDL, and IOL in that order.

My ideal draft that I realistically think the Packers could land in the first 5 rounds based off draft boards and mock drafts this year would be:

Slot CB Cooper DeJean at 25

ILB Edgerrin Cooper at 41

IDL Kris Jenkins at 58

RB Trey Benson at 88

S Cole Bishop at 91

OT/RG Christian Jones at 126

It’s the last goal I need to accomplish for the game and I done understand how I’m supposed to make it happen at all. I have all the coaching credits I will need to swap coordinators, and 2 RB’s over 80 OVR, I just don’t have the opportunity to get them the ball through the air more

Pretty much the title, my offense is a full 10 points better than my opponents defense, my defense is 7 points better than their offense, and I’m getting absolutely bodied by 3 scores. How does this make sense? The what am I doing wrong?

Obviously the best thing he could do is to win another MVP and a Super Bowl, but I don’t consider that particularly realistic because of how the team is currently structured, the DC LaFleur can’t seem to quit, and how cap strapped we are. Not to mention how bad the cap hit would be next year for us whether he plays or retires. I think the worse thing we can do is hold on for another year with all the same problems and continue to fall short, or Rodgers deciding to retire this off-season and destroy our salary cap and roster as we would have to trade away or cut a bunch of other vets.

If Rodgers gets traded, we will get a jump start to get young talent on the team and we would see what we’ve

How the hell are we going to do it? For the first time in my life I’m excited for kick returns and he’s a pretty serviceable corner. I want this guy extended before he can hit the market, but I have no idea how we’re gonna be able to do it.

I haven’t really see anyone talking about it, but Tom was playing pretty damn good today. I know that it’s the Bears and their D isn’t fantastic this year, but Rodgers had all day today and the run game looked great.

Happy to see that we have a decently reliable back up at LT just in case we need him.

From our cuts to other teams, are there any other players out there that you want us to go after and target to add to the 53 or practice squad?

Guys that we cut that I would love to see come back on the PS are: Caleb Jones, Tyler Goodson, Jack Heflin, Rico Gafford, Chris Slayton, Ramiz Ahmed, and Sal Cannella

A guy that I would want from another team is Tyler Johnson, the WR from Tampa bay, and maybe Alex Leatherwood since he’s a guy with rare athleticism and I have faith that we could polish that turd into a beautiful stone wall

I drink a large soft drink pretty much daily, and I have a very hard time breaking this habit. I love the flavor and the carbonation, of the drink, but I would like to switch to something a little more healthy to replace it.

I’ve used carbonated waters in the past but I don’t feel like they scratch my itch for soda, the closest thing that I’ve found is lemonade or gatorades but obviously those aren’t exactly ideal. I was hoping that maybe someone here had found success kicking soda and were there any substituted that made it easier for you?

Just played a game where my damaged with 7 health remaining Shyvana should’ve been killed by an opponent that had 7 attack plus quick attack. Instead, Shyv lived with 1 health and killed the opponents unit.

I didn’t have Tough on my Shyv, but I’ve been playing her in a deck with Eve as of late so I’m not sure if maybe there’s an unindicated interaction where the husks set off fury and she gets an extra secret +1|+1 that isn’t shown on screen maybe?

I’m all for the husks setting off fury, I’ve been thinking dragons needed a buff lately. But if that’s the case, obviously it should be clearly indicated if that’s how it’s going to work. I think this has happened in 2 different games now and I

I was wondering if these mattered to anyone. I think it shows people what cards you like more or how you value certain decks depending how many prismatic cards the deck has, but I’m curious to see what y’all think about them

If I could, I would flair this post as “whining”

I might be the only one who’s hates it, but I can’t think of any other spell in LOR that I think is less fun than Decimate. It’s to the point that any time I see a Noxus region tag on a deck I just assume I’m about to lose 12 Nexus health

I know there’s spells to negate it, but personally I don’t care. I just get so exhausted when I’m trying to play a fun deck and every other game ends with that stupid ax
